Shree Maruti Courier Service — Complaints regarding parcel received in damage condition

I'm writing in regard to a problem concern that today i received a parcel of my medicine and oil bottle through your courier service which was sent by my relative from jabalpur to me at Jamshedpur against docket no. [protected]

i am sorry to inform you that this parcel reached me in a badly damage condition and quite miserable. when i was opening the parcel i observed that it was mostly wet as soon as i opened the parcel, i saw the mouth part of oil bottle was damage and almost total oil has fallen into the parcel and medicine kept in same parcel got wet and waste so they are of no use to me.

please let me know what you propose to do in this matter.
