Shree Maruti Courier Service — Refuse to deliver the courier at given address

I have courier rakhi from shree maruti courier on 09.08.2022 from vadodara, gujarat to amla, mp

On 12.08.2022 betul hub received my courier but he denied to deliver the same on address given.

As on 17.08.2022 shree maruti courier not deliverd my rakhi & also betul office person are not response for the same also there is no any positive response on mail from them.

I am also tried on customer care service of firm but same issue no any positive response from them too.

Hub & Customer Care email are pointing finger at each other

If they are not able to deliver so why they book. If they refuse at the time of delivery we will to other option. Right now i don't do anything they waste time & if they return courier it won't be deliver any how before janamasthmi.

Betul hub staff very illiterate & dumb i said him on 12.08.2022 to return the courier if he is not able to deliver but till now as on 17.08.2022 he is even blocked the no. & not responding
