Dear Sir, Please find enclosed herewith Scan copies of - Police Complaint for FIR registration, MAHARERA Complaint For NON-Registration and Legal Notice filed against Shree Sai Homes Builders and Developers and its partners, Krishna S. Singh, Vandana Vijaykumar Madane and Rachna Sandesh Vaivude towards Criminal Beach of Trust U/S 405 of IPC, committing fraud U/S 421 of IPC, cheating U/S 420, 415 of IPC, Acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention U/S 34 of IPC, for your reference and records. Also enclosed is the allotment letter for Shop no.2 in my name & 19 Lacs Bank Certificate with Payment Receipt which was by taking HDFC loan. I am not alone, whom builders have cheated. Actually most of the flats are sold to multiple parties and all have filed FIR in NERUL police station. Builders convinced innocent people by showing copies of CIDCO documents such as lease agreement, Registered Development Agreement, TRIPARTY agreement, Work commencement certificates issued with Amendments from CIDCO. But after taking money builders have absconded. Thus I hereby request you NOT TO RELEASE OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE of SHREE SIDDHI RESIDENCY, Plot 169, Sector 19, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai - 410206 and request you to re-assess all the records of the Building SHREE SIDDHI RESIDENCY, Plot 169, Sector 19, Ulwe and you will find many discrepancies. Builder is a fraud. He has absconded and not responding to calls. Both Krishna Singh and his son of Shree Sai Homes Builders & Developers are fraud and have cheated numerous customers to the tune of several crores. Police need to take action and recover peoples hard earned money from these fraudsters.

This fraud builder Krishna Kumar Singh and his son Ashwini Singh are in police custody at Belapur economic offense wing. All those whom they have duped need to file FIR complaint against them at Belapur police economic offense wing. Already close to 40 FIRs has been lodged against them. Govt and Law must do all possible to recover and return hard earned money of the customers
