Although i have taken a home loan from your bank, i have not received any advance notice from you in case of my incoming emi one or two days in advance. So who will be responsible for the emi bounce. Please help improve this article or section by expanding it.

I m anurag, i have taken housing loan from your company.
My loan account no. Is 0del[protected] with name of anurag.
Currently rbi announced for reduced repo rate in all banking and non banking sector. With this effect all bank and nbfc has reduced their roi. But your company has not reduced the roi. Already i am paying 14.5% roi which is a huge roi as per compare with other nbfc's and banks.
For the above mentioned, i have humble request to you please reduced my roi as per rbi norms, otherwise i have not any other option to file complaint with rbi for the same.

I have been complaining on customer care of shubham housing finance but no valid response has been received on my query raised one month back.

I took a loan from shubham housing finnace in 2016 with an interest rate of 12.75%.
Till date i have not missed a single emi.
My rate was reduced to 10% when i wanted to get it transferred. All the reduction procedure and approvals happened on email.

My name is kundan jadhav from satara. I have a loan from your finance company which is continue from last 8 to 9 months.
My monthly emi is on each 4th date of month.
I request to your finance people, that please keep my emi on 10th date of each month. As they replied me, it requireds interest for 4 to 10th date.
I have already paid interest 1256/- but my emi date still same.

This is regarding the rate of interest of my running home loan with shubham finance company having loan account # 0nhp[protected] and i was told my rate of interest @12.50% but in my repayment schedule there are written 13.50% and the company is charging 13.50% after my first emi onward???
Please look into the matter and reverse as agreed at the time of contract (Ie - 12.50%)

I applied for a home loan in back march they took so much time to finalised i m accepting that there was some issues with my profile and informed bank about the same about it, now it’s all done they are deducting money from my bank account but still i’m waiting for a cheque it’s been 9 months now everyday bank staffs are giving fake promises have been calling everyday and going there, now i can’t stop going my work they know this issue and i believe taking advantage of this, never seen bank like this bank before worst customer service and worst staff specially to pradeep branch manager. Now i really don’t know what to do next will reach out to head office for this now i understood why there is a 0 percentage of customer statisfaction has given to shubham bank worst service worst staff not telling everyone but seen few of them and have mention one name above, now delaying because they have lost my applications form so its not my responsibility it was bank how can we trust this bank for rest thing and because of this now they r delaying for cheque now, amazing people and service will never prefer this bank to anyone

My name is charu sharma nd my Loan A/c no 0JGP[protected] when m availing the loan first of all ur executive tell me the 12.5 irr now he give me the 14.5% irr nd my emi will be rs 15327 now u deduced 16198...what's the issue i jst want to be close my loan u r continusly charging rs without any delay u jst have to be refund my extra ampunt m not giving such type of extra emi

Emi of rs 15000/- deducted towards mortgage loan of rs.7, 00, 000/- seven lakhs deducted without making loan credit to my father by shubham finance latur branch officials, after doing continues follow up also they refused to make payment of loan, because which we asked them for cancellation of loan. Now they are refusing for making payment of money which they deducted without making payment and telling us to do whatever action you want to take you take.
This is really a loss for us and clearly cheating by latur branch officials including manager.

Kindly look into the matter and make the payment to us as early as possible.
Otherwise we have legal ways to handle this.

My emi of rs. 15000/- is deducted towards my loan amount of rs.7, 00, 000/- on mortgage of property, i did not received loan amount by your latur, maharashtra office, they deducted my emi before making payment to me. Because of that after continuous follow up also branch manager and staff did not co-operate with me and i cancelled the loan. Now they are refusing for my payment of money and telling do whatever you want.

Kindly look into the matter as i have been cheated for rs.15000/- by shubham finance latur branch officials.

Most humbly and respectfully that I am Manish Kumar Singh, My loan Account number is OMDG[protected]. Due to KYC issue my Citi Bank was coming under "No Credit". Due to this I am not able to do any transaction through Citi bank. So that I have paid my EMI before my due date, for the M/O August, 2019 at my Loan Branch "Nehru Place" New Delhi on dated 3/08/2019. And Shubham Manager "Abhishek Pandey" confirmed and promise me that ECS will not presented in your Citi Bank A/c. But unfortunately ECS have presented in my account two times 5/08/2019 and 9/08/2019 which was not right. Due to this reason Citi Bank changed two times inducing GST(350+63) and (350+63)and also due to this carelessness my Civil will also impacted. And also do not consider and report bouncing issue as I am very caring about my Civil.

1. Reference to your loan account statement for OPRV[protected] issue date 10 April 2019 but received on 07 July 2019.

2. I would like to inform you that I have financed or taken loan of sum of rupees 19, 90, 000/-. At the time of obtaining loan/finance, I handed over 08 leafs of cheques from Serial No 645243 to 645250 on 05 December 2017 and again 10 leafs of cheques from Serial No 663941 to 663951 on 12 December 2017.

3. Now, it is brought to notice that vide aforesaid loan statement your company has levied fees as late payment/dishonour fees due to non availability of required cheques which I have already been handed over at the time of loan agreement.

4. Keeping in view of the above, I would request you to reimburse of Rs. 5099/- as it was levied on me errorounsly/fault at your end.

Now here my question to bank agent (Mr jitender) is how??

1st they charged 15% interest from us for our home loan.

As they said their interest rate is 15% but now i am receiving massage from company that interest rate is increase to 13.5 % how they increase
To 13.5% if its already 15%

1) how come bank has decided to charge me extra from basic rate
2) they even take commission from me 4% of loan and still not picking up my calls and not answering back
3) they even also said that padhanmantri yojna also you will receive by march still pending
4) still without knowing how can they increase the interest rate
5) and their customer care is also not working now.

I will be going to file a case against this agents, bank manager and bank for doing fraud with me...

Hope you look on this issues on top most priority and get a resolution from your end on or will have to applies this to higher authorities to get justice economically and mental harassment...

Today i am logging this complaint against shubham housing developement finance, one of the sales agent approach me name anmish kumar for housing loan and he tool all my documents on 2nd nov.2018 and start process. However every attempt he told me about pendency, which i[censored]ll fill with time bound and also force me to kit sign which i told you that what is the status my loan and he never discussed about pendecny always i got the response cheque is ready, as per direction from anmish kumar to purchase stamp duty as cheque is ready for you, all of suddent after purchasing stamp duty they tole me that there is pendency which was irrevlent and start humalation to me and also told me that if you want loan you have to pay bribe of 20000 rupees to us then we will release check although this message indrectly come to me from anmish as backend support was given my area sales manager sandeep thakur and abshike panday later i reach post to piller to get status of my loan and no body informed me about status. They took my processing fees 3600 and revisit charges 1800 and also deduct my pre-emi of 5000 and emi's of 27000 for three month, and not i am moving post to piller to get my amount back as they have cancelled loan however no body is calling and no body is responding my calls even if i forwarded case to higher managment also but all keep mum. Please share details in review port, please and please do not take any loan from shubham housing finance as they are open thiefs distrubute in market and giving false statment actually they are not giving loans just for ad. Purpose and making people fool and taking money from comman people

I bought a ground floor(GPA based) in mohan garden through SHDFC. Condition was that i'll have to get sale deed registered. After registration property is found booked in MCD [EE(B-11)/wz/uc/13/334, on 30 april 2013]. Now they are not issuing the cheque. Loan had been sanctioned in Sep18 & 1 pre-EMI and 2 EMIs have been already paid, 3rd will be get paid within a week. They're not accepting negligence of their technical & legal department. They had checked all the property papers thoroughly. Their officers had made all the necessary visits. I'm a differently able person(MD) live with my mother on a rented home. I'm self employed (tutions).I can't roam around the offices every day. Moreover my professional work gets affected due to all this. After all the clearances from the SHDFC I had went ahead for registration. I'm bearing rent and EMIs both. Seeking help.
