I have been complaining on customer care of shubham housing finance but no valid response has been received on my query raised one month back.

I took a loan from shubham housing finnace in 2016 with an interest rate of 12.75%.
Till date i have not missed a single emi.
My rate was reduced to 10% when i wanted to get it transferred. All the reduction procedure and approvals happened on email.

This is regarding the rate of interest of my running home loan with shubham finance company having loan account # 0nhp[protected] and i was told my rate of interest @12.50% but in my repayment schedule there are written 13.50% and the company is charging 13.50% after my first emi onward???

I bought a ground floor(GPA based) in mohan garden through SHDFC. Condition was that i'll have to get sale deed registered. After registration property is found booked in MCD [EE(B-11)/wz/uc/13/334, on 30 april 2013]. Now they are not issuing the cheque.
