[Resolved] Shwas Homes — flat handing over delay - fortuna
I have booked a flat in shwas fortuna in 2014 january which suppose to be handed over to within 30 month + additional 3 month grace period.
Almost 10 + false promises till this date and not handed over flat and compelling to take handover the flat with completing the agreed amenities and specified items in the property.
I addition recently they are requesting additional money for the tax which due to their mismanagement and stating without paying this additional amount they will not hand over the property even still it's not completed!.
The complete amount was paid on 2016 april and now its almost 2 years and keep requesting the delay compensation and shwas response is these delay due to authorities whereas it is clear understanding that shwas not followed the regulations and made these delays.!
Other than these there will not be any permanent staff available to communicate and the staff always change their commitments never talk in straight forward.
