Free Of Cost Activation Keys for Retailer Acquisition of Your Existing Retailers Will be issued Within 24 of Your 1st Deposit Update of Rs.10k & issuance of New Activation Keys from Your ID For Creating New Retailers as in Point 5.
SI Online Reserves the rights to Add /Modify/Remove/Alter Any part of Services Provided /T&C at any given point without any prior information.
In case of Any Error/Failure in Bill Payments, Ticket Booking, Recharge But Payment Deducted, Maximum Liability of SiOnline Will be to the Extent of Payment Deducted.
In case any dispute arises between the parties, The Courts of Ratlam (M.P.) will have final Jurisdiction.

Yesterday (on 24.02.2016) someone called me from this company saying that my retailer id has been upgraded to distributor id, there were Rs 1991/- at my old retailer id and they would sent me an id & password for new distributor id (though I do not receive any Id/password). He also said that I will be charged Rs. 800/- for this upgradation and I will get rest (Rs. 1191/-) in my new distributor id.

Then I asked why I should pay Rs. 800/-, because I have already a distributor Id and I don't need another. I didnot agree with his proposal. If there are any fault /mistake in system, that should be rectified by them as a system administrator, not to punished other for their own fault.

Till now I do not get any solution from company.

I, therefore appeal to the higher authority to take necessary step accordingly.

Just to Let You Know & be aware, that Upgradation is not a automatic process,
as replied earlier also, your account was not blocked, it was your upgrade from retailer to distributor id...

Though we were not on Wrong Side, Still we have Refunded all your amount for Distributor Upgrade Activation

No customer care service

There is no customer care given by company. No any supporting number so we call them to solve any problem and not give any flex or letter yet.

This is a very bad company and no android app but company shows they have app to recharge.

I am a Dealer. User ID -MPGNA52722 I was transfer an amount 722 Rupees by netbanking to SIONLINE account but it was cancelled due to Dealer Not Under SIOTPL. Then what will happen with my amount.

Email sent but they say when you depositing 6000 to 8000. How cheap is that even after asking for refund...
