Bad, Poor Service.
I want to beware every person who is in touch with www.sionline.in Company One sim-All Recharge, Multi recharge, at Ratlam. Owner talks very politely, sweetly, honestly but FALSE, WRONG, not genuine.

The service & performance are very bad, poor, bakwas. Company will promise to give a lot of features & facility but false, wrong.
dont talk & take service. Very Bad, poor service, U will cry & weep everyday.
Paisa phasega, wapas nahi milega. Rch. not done. Amount deduct, not Refunded, If want to cry & get tensed, touch with this company, very BAD company.

I wrote here for Humanity & social service.

Dear Users

Kindly keep distance from si online.in because following reasons:-

1. As its fake promises.

2.Very sweet talk but all fate nothing true.

3.Before depositing money call more times a day but after making payment deducat all money and no response.

4.As deposition of money in si online account you always charged Rs.100 as bank charges.

5.After various time mailing for help and explanations no response from si online.

6.Finally your number has been blocked.

7.Login unsucessful most of the times.

8.No humanity and no mercy to solve query if we have about si online.

9.Never disclosed Initial Rs.6000 will take as retailers activation kit fees of Rs.199 each.

10.Never said but Rs.30 charged as sms charges.

11.Fake promise of Hotel bookings which is not available actual in portal only title of Hotel Booking Shows.

12.Fake promise of MSEB light bill payment which is not availble in actual.

13.Fake promise of BSNL landline bill payment which is not actually availble.

I also come into fake sweet promises maid by si online that they will make available Hotel bookings, BSNL landline bills payment, MSEB light bill payment after making payment to sionline at initial level but which is just a sweet dream for me never come true till today.

For this si online have sweet excuse that sir you dont have enough balance in your account so kindly deposite to get activated all functions. Again its a disappointment for me.

Kindly not invest your Rs. in such a kind of products which gives you only 2% -2.5% of comission.
for recovering your Joining fees Rs.999+Initial kit activation fees Rs.4975+Rs.30 SMS charges+Rs.100 Bank charges Total waist invested money =Rs.6104, You have to do the recharges of Rs.3, 05, 000.

It means After doing recharges of Rs.3, 05, 000 your investment becomes zero.

Every single word mentioned here is very true. If anyone wants more details and proof for this you mey contact on my number [protected] at Morningt 8 to evening 9.

very ture i had the same experience, they talk very good but later even don't take the call or respond the calls, and they are not transparent in the service, very poor. it is advised not to take the service.especially the distributor ship as the retailer you created can move out to be an distributor later on on from his own portal. so in later state you loose commission,
I called your customer care number, they connected to Mr.Avinash. He is telling, I'll call you after 5mins.

This is called Customer care... this is ISO certification...

Nearly I called 7 times to your customer care number, after connecting to support, they are disconnecting call.

I don't want your service, Please returned back my hard earned money...

Useless support from your company...

I paid Rs.999 and Rs.6000...

Pay my money back, don't call me back nad try to return my money...

Pay my money back, don't call me back others wise i issues the legal notices from my advocate to return my money...

मेरा नाम रविन्द्र सिंह चारण है। मैने लगभग बीस दिन पहले इन्टरनेट पर
आपकी कम्पनी की वेबसाईट देखकर, आपकी कम्पनी में फोन से सम्पर्क किया था।
तब मेरी बात श्री अविनाश जी श्रीमाली हुई थी। मैं कम्पनी का रिटेलर बनना
चाहता था। परन्तु अविनाश जी ने मुझे बताया कि कम्पनी आजकल रिटेलर नहीं
बनाकर, सीधे डिस्ट्रीब्युटर ही बना रही है। और इसके लिये आपको ज्यादा
पैसा भी नहीं देना है, वही 999/- रु* ही लगेंगे, इसलिये आप
डिस्ट्रीब्युटर ही बन जाईये। सो मैने उनके कहे अनुसार नेट बैंकिंग से
कम्पनी के खाते में 999/- रु* जमा करवा दिये। कम्पनी ने मेरे नाम से
लागिन आईडी : DIST12391, लागिन बाई मोबाईल नम्बर : [protected], ई-मेल
आईडी : [protected]@gmail.com चालू कर दी। दुसरे दिन अविनाश जी ने मुझे
मेरी आईडी पर व्यापार चालू करने का पूछने पर बताया की आपको 25 रिटेलर
एक्टिवेशन किट लेनी पङेगी, जिनमें से प्रत्येक किट के 199/- रु* के हिसाब
से 4975/- रु* और इसमें टैक्स आदि जोङकर कुल लगभग 5600/- रु* नेट बैंकींग
से कम्पनी के खाते में ट्रान्सफ़र करने हैं। मैने अविनाश जी को इतनी बङी
राशि ट्रान्सफ़र करने से साफ़ मना कर दिया। तब अविनाश जी ने मुझसे कहा कि
'रविन्द्र जी मुझपर विश्वास रखिये, पूरे 5600/- रु* आपके नहीं लगेंगे,
आपके सिर्फ़ 199/- रु* और एक किट का जो भी टैक्स होता है वो ही कटेगा और
बाकी पैसा वापस आपके पास रिवर्ड आ जाएगा'। मैने जब आगे प्रोसिजर चलाया
तब नेट बैंकींग ने मुझसे OTP मांगा, तब भी मै रुक गया, मैने अविनाश जी से
फिर बात की, और कहा कि 'मुझे डिस्ट्रीब्युटर नहीं बनना है, मै सिर्फ़
कम्पनी का रिटेलर बनकर अपना मल्टी सिम रिचार्ज का व्यापार करना चाहता
हूँ। मुझे इतना पैसा नहीं लगाना है, सो मै ओटीपी नहीं डालुँग़ा'। इस पर
अविनाश जी ने मुझे कहा कि 'रविन्द्र जी, आप निश्चिन्त रहीये, आपका इतना
ज्यादा पैसा नहीं लगेगा, आपके सिर्फ़ 199/- रु* और टैक्स ही लगेगा, मुझपर
भरोसा करके आप ओटीपी डालिये। उनके कहने पर मैने ओटीपी डाल दी, और मेरा
पैसा 5600/- रु* कम्पनी के खाते में ट्रान्सफ़र हो गया।
उक्त घटना लगभग 25 अप्रैल के आस-पास की है। तब से लगातार मै अविनाश जी
से कम्पनी के नम्बर पर सम्पर्क करने का प्रयास कर रहा हूँ, परन्तु ना तो
अविनाश जी से बात ही हो पा रही है, और ना ही मेरा पैसा वापस रिवर्ड हो पा
रहा है। श्रीमान, मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि मुझे डिस्ट्रीब्युटर नहीं बनना
है। कृपया मेरा पैसा मेरी आईडी में, मेरे व्यापार में बैलेंस के रूप में
डाल दीजिए। मैने कम्पनी पर भरोसा किया है, मेरे भरोसे को मत तोङिये। मै
कम्पनी से जुङा रहना चाहता हूँ। मै मेरा पूरा रिचार्ज का व्यापार मल्टी
सिम पर लाना चाहता हूँ, ताकी मुझे ज्यादा कम्पनीयों से लापू सिम से
व्यापार ना करना पङे। मुझे आपकी कम्पनी का सिस्टम अच्छा लगा, इसीलिये मै
आपकी कम्पनी से जुङा। कृपया मेरे मामले का जल्दी से निपटारा करें, ताकी
मेरा व्यापार और मेरा कम्पनी से रिलेशन आगे बढ सके।

मेरी सात दिन पुरानी ई-मेल का भी कम्पनी की तरफ़ से कोई जवाब नहीं आया है।
ना तो ई-मेल रिप्लाई से और ना ही किसी रि-काल से। बहुत ही खेदजनक
स्थिती है। परिस्थिती से आभास हो रहा है कि कम्पनी को मेरी परेशानी से
कोई सरोकार नहीं है। लगता है कम्पनी को मुझसे सिर्फ़ पैसा ही निकलवाना था,
सो कम्पनी का काम हो गया, अब मैं कम्पनी के लिये उपयोगी ग्राहक नहीं हूँ।
कम्पनी से इस ढिढाई की उम्मीद बिलकुल नहीं थी। सात दिनों से कम्पनी के
कान में जूँ तक नहीं रेंगी है। साफ़ जाहिर है कि कम्पनी ग्राहक सेवा के
प्रति गम्भीर नहीं है। मगर ध्यान रहे, मैं शांत बैठने वाला नहीं हूँ।
मैं इस मामले में कानूनी लङाई लङूँगा। जब तक सन्तोषप्रद कार्यवाही नहीं
होती मै संघर्ष करता रहूँगा। अत: कृपाकर जल्दी से जल्दी मेरे मामले का
निपटारा विशेष रूची लेकर कराने कि कृपा करावें।

तो देखा आप लोगों ने, कितनी ढीढ है यह कम्पनी। सात दिनों में भी मेल का जवाब नहीं दे रहें। कोई परेशान होता है तो होता रहे, इनको कोई परवाह नहीं।

    I Recharge My IDEA Mobile With Rs. 500 & did Not get balance, I complaint company for that but says Says that transaction is successful & for that we did not give more balance.........BAD Service..........I Lost My Rs.500 .....
