I am not receiving my credit card statement for the last 4 months, I have registered a complaint with Axis Bank customer care. on wednesday they have informed that the duplicate statement which they had dispatched is delivered to my residential address, Murlidhar P Nair, Flat No.201, Manmandir CHS Ltd, Plot No.3, Sector 19, Nerul ( East ), Navi mumbai, Pin 400.706 and was shown as received by Rajinder Pawar. Sir There is no Rajinder Pawar in our Society. I am surprised when the Name in the Statement is murlidhar Nair, how can your staff deliver to the person Rajinder Pawar and that too, when myself or my daughter is always available at home. My sigma ref No. is 1303_01812. Please look into this matter and find a solution. I have already informed Axis Bank customer care, I will be approaching consumer court if this issue is not sorted out. My Mrs Premlatha Nair's statement also not being received for last four months.
