Silicon Honda — poor responsible

I have purchased did dio in the month of november 2018, from last 10days i am facing problem in battery. I have visited silicon honda showroom, kattrigupe, outer ring road (Where i have purchased), they told, will call you in another 3-4days. Still i didn't get any call, if i called and asked they are telling, still didn't get new battery from exide battery. So what is the solution for this.
