Dear sir myself satish kumar model DDR3 1333 PC 10600 RAM is not working and we have the warranty i trying in this no[protected] several time they aren't responding.so please respond to our request and return our product as fast as possible... my cell no [protected]

i purchased a simmtronics xq1 tablet.from starting tablet is not working, i submit this tab in service center.after 3 month i got back my tablet.but after some days again it starts hanging and doesnt able to start.after that it is showing black screen.when i walk to service center agin but this time he is saying that this model is stop to manufacture.i cant help.plz sir help me no one repair this tablet.

I have bought simmtronics xpad mobile q2 on 15-2-014 It was having display problem so I sent it simmtronics, c41 okhla phase 1 new Delhi on [protected] by speed post with online tracking no. Em[protected]in and confirmed receipt also. I talked to customer care on[protected] about Status of my mobile and they replied that it will be sent in 2 days. Since last 6 month I am hearing same reply But my xpad q2 Mobile is not sent to me still. What should I do? Should I go to their Delhi office and Enquire about my mobile? My mobile no. My Xpad X720 O.S is corrupted and my tab does not boot to desktop. Its keeps loading when i switch it on and does not boot for my application to load. I sent in a complaint form about two weeks ago and i have not had any feedback from your team.

Worst company .. no response from head office.. i had bought a simmtronics tablet last year in june... firstly there was a customer care centre in noida... they shifted from there and the manger left the job.. his words were "esi ghatiya comany mein kaam karne se achha mein ghar khali baith jaun.. ..sir aap headquarters mein chale jaiye...meine job chodd di hai.. its very insulting to see people shouting on me" from the date of purchase till now.. there is no resoponse from the company.. and my money is wasted (9000) this company should shut down because its fooling india's public only..

The device is not working properly and get damaged by its battery due to the battery get ballooned. Sir, I purchase a simmtronics XPAD722 calling tablet through home shop 18 on dated[protected] vide order no.[protected]at a price of Rs. 6999 /. After one month it stopped working/got defective. I submitted it at simmtronics service center namely Shree Services, 353, mugal kanal, Karnal (Haryana) on dated[protected].But sir even the passage of 5 months I yet didn't received it. I have contacted to service center & home shop 18 about 100 times, but in vain. Perheps I have lost my Rs. 6999 /. I need help in getting my tablet back. thank you.

I am residing in Mysore, Karnataka. I had purchased a tablet of Simmtronics XPAD, vide Buyer's
Order No. 11702556_01, Invoice No. NTPL/RI/NP/13-14/149 dated December
7, 2013.

Till now the tablet was working fine but suddenly the display got black out and now the tablet is not working. I contacted the customer service center and came to know that there is no service center available yet in Mysore; though, I have gone to their service center which has now been shut down in the area. I am following up regularly for the past 1 month and the customer representative is repeatedly saying that negotiation is going on with
the service center people at Mysore.

But now that it has been a long time and there seems to be no reply as well as no early solution to this problem.

WE SEND 4 NOS SIMMTRONIC G-41 MOTHER BOARD TO NAGPUR SERVICE CENTER ON 02.10..2013 BUT TILL NOW HE DID NOT GIVE US.NAGPUR SERVICE MANAGER SATISH TOLD WE SEND 7.10.2013 TO OUR DELHI SERVICE CENTER.HE DID NOT SEND US. WE CONTACT TO MR PREM SERVICE HEAD BUT HE DIDN"T RECIVED OUR CALL . WHAT WE WILL DO.

Sir maine 6 april,2012 ko simmtronics company ki 2 g.b ki ram purchased ki thi,lekin after 10 months its not working,company ne iski 3 saal ki warranty di hai,ab main usko replacement karwane nehru place ke service center deepali building mein gaya toh company ne usse replace kar diya,lekin maine ghar aakar check kiya toh woh ram kharab nikali,,on next day phir main service center gaya phir unhone ram replace kardi lekin again its not working,,meine service center walo ko bola bhaiya aap baar baar ram kharab de dete ho...unnhone ne bola aapke system mein problem hogi,,,jabki meine 2 gb kingston ki purchase ki woh well working kar rahi hai....abb service center wale baar baar kharab ram de dete hai please aap meri help karo...iss company ke against action lo..very bad service of company.

I PURCHASED A COMPUTER FROM SHIVOM COMPUTERS, KUNDAN HOUSE, NEHRU PLACE. AFTER ONE YEAR ITS RAM HAD SOME PROBLEM. IT WAS NOT WORKING, I WENT TO REPLACE IT AS IT WAS GIVEN WITH A LIFETIME WARRANTY. WHEN I TOOK IT TO THE SHOP FROM WHERE I PURCHASED IT, HE REFERRED ME TO GO TO 103, RAJA HOUSE, NEHRU PLACE. THERE HE TOOK THE RAM AND TOLD ME TO WAIT OUTSIDE THE SHOP, MEANWHILE HE STARTED REMOVING STICKER FROM THE RAM USING A SHARP KNIFE. THEN HE CALLED ME AND SAID THAT THE CHIP IS BROKEN AND THEY CAN'T ACCEPT IT. I THINK IT WAS OK WHEN I GAVE HIM THIS RAM AND HE HIMSELF BROKE THE CHIP TO AVOID THE REPLACEMENT. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE .....FROM SIMMTRONICS.
