I am very disappointed with the issue happening with me in simplilearn today.
An year back i have taken a course through simplilearn in IU university by then my relationship manager. I was asked to do ann the necessary submission and i have done everything. I was told that i can do the course whenever i want by your relationship manager. I had taken a loan through propel and i have completed my last month after 12 months of payment in 2, 40, 000. Meanwhile i have called up my relationship managers and asked for updates.
Last month all of a sudden i got a call saying that i am deregistered for the course and i cannot do my course until i pay 27000 saying that i did not submit documents intimated. But i havent got any information from simpli learn or IU for the same. Meanwhile i got calls from the relationship managers only for the referrals if i can give and i had given them referrals.
Nobody ever told me about the documents when i asked the, if anything has to be done from my side. There are 4 relationship manager in between and the last manager is not even taking my calls.
Now i am unable to do my course after paying the entire amount of 2, 40, 000. Is this how you treat customers enrolled.
I want a solution for this, i have raised tickets, followed up and i have all the screenshots from your managers asking only for referal, please go through this mail chain. i want a fair solution on this issue.
