[Resolved]  Simplilearn — Not cancelling the course after repeated requests

Hi Team,
I had enrolled in simplilearn bootcamp for ALML later I wanted to cancel my course because of professional reasons. I contacted simplilearn who told me to extend the course and I was okay however I realised that I not want deduction of amount when I can't take the course and want to cancel the course and contacted simplilearn again however they are refusing to give back the refunds as they have clear policy of refund stating we can take refunds within 7 days of enrollment and not used 25% of course. As an individual if I'm not wanting to continue with the course I can opt out. I just want to cancel the course and get back my money. Kindly help
