Simplilearn — EMI not cancelled my money also not refunded

I was looking to learn a course someone called from Simplilearn and convinced me to take the program and got the payment at that time the person not explained about the refund policy and all after my registration done the course which I choose is not suitable for me I asked them to cancel the program and refund my money but they were telling you are out of refund policy so we can’t cancel I tried to speak to customer care but no body speak about my problem it’s been a year that course also expired still they are asking to make the payment please help me to cancel my emis and help me to get the money back I’m from poor family please help me
