I have had the most terrible experience with Simplilearn. Once you pay the amount, they dont care about anything.
It has been 2 months since I paid the amount (3rd May) but the PMP membership & exam voucher codes have still not been shared. I missed my company target and my performance rating and bonus have been compromised due to Simplilearn. The helpdesk and online support are a joke. There is no response on open tickets.
When asked for refund, the account manager Mr. Permjith stopped talking my calls. Was this information helpful? |
