Guys stay away from Simplilearn if you want peace of mind. I had opted for a course after Simplilearn repeatedly spammed me and forced me to join by mentioning that I can cancel the program whenever i want. The very next day unfortunately i resigned from my Job and asked them to cancel my program over a call by trusting them and I never collected any evidence which is a big mistake. Now i realized that Simplilearn try to cover all these phone calls under carpet and acting as if nothing has happened and after 7 days they starting their game by showing some policy document and telling that i cannot get any refund. I have call recording of sales person saying that i can cancel the course any time before the course starts. FAKE people. Simplilearn support personnel play clever games by not allowing customers to reach to escalation points just to meet their greedy sales target. Now i'm struggling to stop my ECS mandate as i opted for flexi loan and Simplilearn threats me to make me as defaulter in banking system.I'm helpless, Please suggest if i can file a police complain with email and call recording evidence that i have.
