Simplilearn — I am complaint regarding not received refund while in policy

I took admission in Artificial Intelligence Engineering.I was told during the admission that you can do this class even if you don't have a laptop, so I completed 4 sessions on mobile, but I realized in the first session that I can't access any recorded classes or any files which is shared without a laptop, so I put a request for a refund, which according to the policy which is before 7 sessions I can apply for refund. But simplilearn not refunding me which is in the policy. No one truly support me. They denied my refund request because I don't apply before 7 days of purchasing course but for bootcamp policy there is not mention that. customer care team member also talking very rudely.
I want my refund because I am going according to there masterclass policy.
