Simplilearn — I want to cancel my course and EMI

December month 2022 call from simplilearn and I am joined simplilearn course on digital supply chain management and I pay EMI for 88, 000 for course. January month 2023 I attended my induction class only and I have suffered in financial problem and I have received loans from my relatives so I want pay to relatives so I can't able to pay EMI and atten my course I already informed about simplilearn but they not cancel my course and EMI so please need to cancel my course and EMI
