Simplilearn — Misguidance and outdated content

I was approached by sales team of simplilearn and was offered a course in Digital Marketing alongwith finance from propelld .Though i was not so inclined in taking the course as i was not convinced with the content. I informed the sales agent that i am very well aware and familiar with digital marketing and looking for a professional course and not a beginners course to which i was informed that its an advance course specially for people who are already experienced in digital marketing and was offered a trial run also i had specifically requested them not to initiate my course before Diwali 2022. But the sales agent named Nandini Shukla asked me to enroll immediately and informed me that i can start my course whenever i want and my course duration will start once i begin with the course. After enrolling she called me up to check out the initial intro and let them know if there is any change required. As i was busy on a project i could not check it out and when in actual i went through the content i realised that it is for the very beginners and not just that the content of the course is completely outdated and almost 5 years old.
I called up the sales agent and asked her to cancel my course to which she told me now i cannot cancel the course as 15 to 20 days have already passed. To my surprise she disconnected the call, after couple of days i received a call from their survey team and as i informed them about the same, the offered to provide me with a solution in a weeks time. After a weeks time i called them up again to no one answered. After another few days i receive another call from a lady named shipra, telling me that she is my relationship manager, she asks me why am i need going through the course, to which i again explain her everything and again she tells me she ll come up with a solution of either getting me enrolled to latest course or she ll see what can be done and provides me with her number . After a weeks time i called her up, she informs me that she is on holiday and will be back in a weeks time.
I call her up after 10 days she is still on holiday and disconnects my call saying call up after a month and later blocks my number.
By this time i had raised couple of tickets and tried calling them up on their customer number and after explaining the whole situation either the call disconnects itself or they cant hear my voice.
During my latest and last few conversations with the grievance team member named Nibesh, earlier after alot of apology mails he agreed to everything and again offered me to enroll to latest course or any other course or also i can enroll someone else basically my nephew to the course, to which i agreed. But again they backed off from their promise, later on informing me that if i enroll someone else they wont provide any certification on their name and when i asked to them update their content on digital marketing with latest material (content)and enroll me to it, they disagreed to it as they will not be changing their outdated content.
finally i am left with no other choice, either they refund all my fees or i ll be forced to approach consumer forum.
(date of enrollment : 7th september 2022) earlier i was told its a one year course later i was informed its a 330 days course and i can begin it whenever i want and as i had asked for a professional and advance level course, just to pass their refund time they intentionally enrolled me a month before i could start the course and when i realised its a completely outdated content and of no use to any one, i was informed that my opting out time is over and since then instead of resolving the issue they have been delaying it so as just to pass on the course time and their different teams are involved in the whole scam.)
