Simplilearn — never enroll a course in simplilearn | |||
I recently enrolled a course from simplilearn since i did not like i raised a refund. Simplilearn has not taken any action so far regarding the cancellation of my course. After more than a week am still waiting. Simplilearn and zest as i see both say it has to be done from the others end. Now i receive a message saying it has to be done from my end. From my dashboard the course has to be cancelled. My dashboard says cannot be refunded. Its a tactic simiplilearn uses to sell its course. Dont trust this guys i have had a very worst experience. I was promised a refund and they keep saying they need to take a ‘closer look’ and to wait. It’s been over a month since the request to cancel has been put in.
