My name is Sri Vidya, I wanted to enrolled in Business Analytics wanted to take demo course from Simplilearn. They took all the details and also ask for PAN, Aadhar card bank statements for the process.
They informed you can cancel the course if you find it’s not suitable for you within 7 days I just took one demo class, from which I was not satisfied and wanted to cancel the course and further I haven’t attended their lectures as-well.
How can we inform course cancellation in 7 days if we joint for weekend classes.
I reached Simplilearn about the cancellation of course, but they didnt resond my calls or E mails.
In this mean time Simplilearn took loan from Liquiloans without my knowledge, I have not approached them nor applied for loan nor given consent to simplilearn to take loans on my name. They used my documents as part of application process but took the loan without my consent.
When I asked about the same to Simplilearn, they said to contact Liquiloans. When I contacted Liquiloans, they are telling that they have already transferred the loan amount to institute and even started autopayment option without my knowledge and one time EMI has been debited by the finance provider.
I was not given any notification from Simplilearn about the third party people. Now, propelled finance are threatening to destroying my credit score, blackmailing and torturing me constantly to pay the remaining amount.
