I had taken a PMP exam voucher on 29-Dec-21 based on the call received from the marketing team - Nagaraj & Premjith. Over the call, they have given the offer of a PMP exam voucher + Exam Preparation materials + 1200 Exam Questions with Answers for the mock test. But after the payment, it seems only Exam Voucher is available in my portal. I had sent multiple emails and asked to provide the committed modules else to refund the money. I have contacted the same number multiple times over the call but Nagaraj nor Premjit answered the call. Karthik who pretended to be their senior answered my call a couple of times and asked for some time to resolve the issue. I waited for 2 weeks but after that, he also did not pick the call.
When I have called the support number they have asked me to raise a ticket and ensure that the usual TAT is 48 hours to resolve the ticket, based on that I Have raised ticket[protected] on 11-1-22 but till now I have not received any responses. Even after calling 3 times to the support center, the ticket is not seams to get a meaning full conclusion.
Even I have mail to their escalation matrix as directed by support team but still no response. I really felt like Simplilearn is a group of people who like to cheat people with a lot of commitment before enrolling and after payment has been received they don't care about the candidate. I have never expected such activity from a reputed firm.
