[Resolved] Simplilearn — not responding to my requests | |||
Hi Team, I have enrolled for a Digital Marketing course from Simplilearn for which I have paid a good amount of money. Initially, it was fine as the classes went well and if I had any issues, the help and support team used to fix it immediately. However, from the last few days, I had been continuously requesting to provide me with the class notes of my trainer Sharad Kumar. So now, for any reason, they have started ignoring me by not responding to my emails. I hope you guys can help me out here. Was this information helpful? | |||
