[Resolved] Simplilearn — Not stopping my emi even requesting many times to Simplilearn and disconnecting the phone

I have taken the the course from Simplilearn and due to financial issues I am not able to carry forward the course.I am continuously requesting them to stop my emi for the course and the customer service representative cuts the phone, not listening a word and they are not stopping my emis and forcefully taking money from account.
