[Resolved] Simplilearn — Refund issue and unauthorized voucher creation

Hi,

I have been connecting with customer care for the refund as i didn't give any exam whereas the fraud team deliberately they bought the exam voucher without any concern of the user and telling refund not possible as voucher already purchased.

All fraud team are sitting there and making business.
