Simplilearn — refund issue on cancellation of course | |||
Hi I had enrolled for togaf 9 online training with simplilearn. I was promised to get a refund in 7-10 days if i discontinue the enrollement. I have paid ₹40, 000/-. I joined the class for a day and dint find it much effective and hence cancelled the enrollment on very 2nd day. And since then i am following up on getting my money refunded. Its 16th sept. After multiple follow ups i was told to get my money latest by end of day 16th sep 2019. I havent heard from the simplilearn team on that. They kept repeating the policy of 7-10 working days.
