[Resolved]  Simplilearn — Refund not initiated for double transaction

I enrolled myself for course on Simplilearn in the month of December. Converting fees into Debit EMI transaction but first transaction was failed due to which I had to initiate another one.

Later, I decided not to continue with the course and with 7 days refund policy I received my refund.

In the end of December month I received message from my bank that my first EMI is due on 5th January. I contacted Shopse(third party payment) and confirmed that both my transactions went through successfully.

I have been trying to reach Simplilearn but I haven’t received my refund for second transaction and my EMI keeps debiting.

Kindly assist.
