CASE ID[protected]:First of all you are saying that Simplilearn is good at resolving customer complaints but i must say they are pathetic and they will torture you to the extent that you will loose your calm. They don't even have the guts to reply in a yes or no.
I was really ready for any kind of reply at first but after seeing there cx service i am really disappointed and i will not consider going forward with them no matter what. PLEASE GIVE MY REFUND. What kind of guys you are after so many days you are not able to resolve a single query. Not expected from a big company like yours. I just wanted to continue with this program after paying the full amount at once as right now i have some financial issues and cannot pay the Emis on time. you guys are really inhuman. At the time of buying the course you are the best but once it is bought i can say you are the worst as after waiting for more than a week and still getting no response unfortunately i was compelled to say this.
