Simplilearn — Request for cancel emi

Sir initially i joined the course data analyst (46000) by from proppelld they didnt mentioned that self learning program. And also i attend the 3 classes . Presently i cannot pay emi 3833rs/month. I was requsted you many times to cancel the course. No favour respond is given till now.
