On 14/08/2025, I purchased a Singer 3-burner gas stove. Unfortunately, out of the three burners, two burners are not working properly due to regulator issues.
I lodged a complaint on 24/08/2025 through my registered mobile number [protected]. Since then, I have been continuously following up with your customer care. While they respond to my calls, no technician has been provided and the issue remains unresolved even after repeated requests.
I am extremely disappointed with such poor after-sales service from Singer. If the problem is not resolved within the next 24 hours, I will be left with no option but to file a formal complaint in the appropriate court of law. Kindly note that I will also ensure my grievance is escalated through consumer forums.
