Dear Team,
We bought new Singer ceiling fan and found defective as speed not controlled i.e. either slow or fast automatically and noise is also there.
I contact to service center and register a complaint under complaint no. HR1710274 and after two days technician of Divyanshi Enterprises, Hisar come to my home and check the fan and found this fan is not working properly and carry the fan to service center with the commitment to re-install within 1-2 days after resolving this issue or replace this fan.
But today after a week time, Service Center Manager Mr. Rohit Sharma (Mobile no. [protected]) is not taking call, and their service center is also locked.
Now it seems my fan is got stolen. This is very very poor service of Singer India.
I request you to please check and resolve this issue and arrange to replace my fan at the earliest possible. Your prompt response is highly appreciated. Was this information helpful? |
