Singer India — request for demo which was not given by technician | |
Hi... Have purchased singer swing machine from amazon on 24.06.19 & after that no one contacted from company i only requested for demo in online on 27.06.19...& i got a call from techician with contact no [protected] on 29.06.19 stating he wil visit today & due to which we have to postpone all our works but he didnt turn up on even on sunday & again he called up on 02.07.19 stating he will visit today... I said i dont required any demo from ur side & immediately he was asking me to send the sms to him which i got it from the company... This is what the singer company providing service to customers... We have raised a complaint no.1431587 on 4 Dec 2019. It was told to us that they will attend the issue in 48 hours but till now it was not attended.
