Singer India — Singer rotomatic machine 974 spare part non-availability

I have singer rotomatic sewing machine purchase 5 years back model no.974. unfortunately machine is not working and i took it to customer care center in at vijayatalkies center, vijayawada, they examined and took Rs.500/- to get a belt and make it run to identify the problem. they called me and told that they have to replace the gears which are not available now because this model is outdated. again i spoke to customer care executive they connected to me Mr. Chittibabu-hyd and he said they are available and he will take necessary steps to replace them immediately. but when i connected the service center people they are requesting to take back my machine without replacing. Here i dnt know what to do, if singer spare parts are not replaced at the singer service center where should i go and ask. please help me with this. my contact number [protected] complaint id no. 1039896
