Singer India — singer snack maker want to return the product as not sufficing the job, as shown not working

I have been continuously complaining about the product singer snack maker which i purchased from homeshop18, since i have received it, the complaint number provided by homeshop18 is hs[protected], no solution to the problem is yet given to me. There is no service station no dealer available in bhavnagar. And i have been requesting return and refund of the product, no one cares about customer service, and no service is been given neither by homeshop18 nor by singer. I m wasting my time daily on mailing, complaining and calling people who are not even bothered to solve my problem
