We have been coming to SGRH for many long years- more than 20 years and till yesterday had all the best experience but today changed all that.
Some doctors treat their patients very badly and they are not fit to be called doctors who are not compassionate and NOT HUMAN what to call themselves doctors.
My wife Neera Goel- registration no- 2553964 underwent an operative procedure on 16th March 20 under Gynae team. Today on 26th March 20 as she was unwell on calling the doctor we went there who checked her properly and referred to Ortho doctor suspecting Cervical pain. We went in Emergency.
The doctor checked her further referred her to ENT doctor to exclude ENT cause.. After waiting one hour in casualty we were asked to go to room F-83 as no ENT doctor came there. The time was around 11.30 AM (Record of name of patient can be checked in the register maintained in that room)
On reaching there was no any sign of doctor and we were again made to wait for almost an hour. on asking numerous times a reluctant doctor came and said the pregnant patient cannot be given any medicine. I told him she is not pregnant - "BROTHER". He replied i have been informed so and "Don't interfere in my work and you can go somewhere else".
We said she is very sick and we are waiting for many hours and didin't had even our breakfast and tried to tell her history, but he was not ready to listen and without even looking at the various reports and other papers and prescriptions and looking at the patient he wrote some medicine asked nurse to explain us and went out.
We went after him calling pls have a proper check up and look at the reports he sad "YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE" and without looking at anything was gone.
We didn't know how a Doctor can be so Un- Humanitarian and treat a patient like this and prescribe medicines without check up
We do not know the name of doctor as were informed about his name.
