I can't recharge my broadband via paytm, phone pe, Google pay, etc etc. And when i Contact customer care for any help they are behaving me like a dog. I don't know why siti giving job that tyep of senseless persons 😡.

    I am getting very high and fluctuating ping on the following IPs - 75.2.66.166 and 99.83.136.104(they are Valorant Mumbai server IP address). Please optimize the routing to these IPs.

      I am getting unstable connection(jitter and loss) in game Valorant from past 5 days which makes the game unplayable, the ips for which this is happening are:75.2.66.166, 99.83.136.104.

        There is no point in providing fake commitments to customer, and even to those customers who are completely reliable on the broadband for their work.

        As on by today Monday, the starting day of the week, I'm sitting and waiting when my connection will get start.

        In the scenario when I clear my requirements and give a plenty of time(5 days) instead of 2 days what they ask initially.

        But, it seems due to your bull [censored] service, I've to take a day off and that will cost me a lot.

          It's been 7 days since I but a new connection, and still I don't have an active connection.

          They promise that we will provide the connection but they technically not able to provide one.

          It's not about speed of connection drop, I don't know how it will perform in that. But I can review the speech and connection drop issues only once I've an active connection, unfortunately which I don't have as they are unable to start the connection.

            Today I have taken 60 Mb/s plan unlimited. The local service provider told that the plan will be activated from evening. But it is already night. I am getting very low speed below 1 Mb/s. I am very disappointed about it.

                    Hi,

                    I wanted to take a new connection, as a reason I contacted my local service operator on 24th July, 2021. They committed me by 29th July, 2021 installation process will be completed. Today is 1 August, 2021. They failed to provide the the connection ever since. Everyday I call them and they decommits me. They even treated me very badly and degraded me.

                          Net download speed is very slow after 12:00pm from 11 june web page is opening slowly. Please fix it as soon as possible work from home is going on. If i lose my job i wont be able to afford your internet service.

                            I am really fed up with siti broadband. Not only they have the worst broadband service, the customer care also pathetic. They can only check ping. Personally I lost trust on siti broadband. I use it for work purpose only. But, mobile jio connection is way better than 80 mbps siti broadband connection. I will not recommend siti broadband to anyone.

                              The local service provider in my area taken extra money for connect_60 plane (60Mbps) he taken 600 rupees for this plane and it is been 5 days I am not able to access internet .
                              I called him many times usually he does not receive call but whenever he does he make excuses .
                              Please take extra care of your local service provider because of this your whole reputation is going to get ruined .
                              I hope you will replace him and you will chose someone capable and responsible and also please resolve my internet connection asap.

                                  Hey, I also faced the same issue. Just call the customer care and tell them that you have recharged online. They will ask your phone number to check in their database and tell you to send a separate email mentioning the amount recharged, data plan name, date of recharge and transaction ID. This way they activate your account. So every time you recharge online, you need to call them and send them an email also.

                                    Hi Siti Broadband,

                                    The Local operator used to charge extra so I got my mobile number updated in my account after multiple follow ups from support.
                                    Now when the local operator came to know about it then he deactivated my account also he updated his contact number in my account. I am not able to use my internet after paying Rs 1074.98 which is really frustating. I want a resolution for this asap or i need to take legal action against this.
