I have a broadband connection. My IP is 10.31.188.175. I have provided my Aadhar card for activation. I have my contact number in Aadhar card. I have sent the aadhar in mail also and asking for changing my contact number but they are not doing so from last many weeks. Even i am not getting any response in mail. I called customer care but they either disconnects or ask to send a mail. This is security issue as unauthorised person can use my connection since the mobile number is wrong. Tell me who will be responsible for any wrong doing from my broadband. Its really not expected from these reputed companies. They are not understanding the problem. Even after 100's of follow up mails i am not getting any response please help to resolve this asap.

I kept on complaining and also sent mail to nodal officer. Finally siti sent mail to indinet support to resolve it on priority and it is resolved

    On 11th march 2020 12:02 am i had done a online recharge of my exhisting plan express 15 @472 rs, the amount hadbeen debited from my bank account at the time of recharge but the service was not given by the company. after that several times i called their customer care to fix the issue. But every time they said it will be fixed with in 48 hours. i mailed about this problem to their customer support email id '[protected]@indinet.co.in' . but didn't get any response till now.. kindly look into this matter.

    Did it get resolved? I'm facing the same issue.. paid 472 for gallop_20, money deducted, payment done but still recharge not done!

      Hi,

      Just few minutes back I have done the first recharge to renew my connect 60 package however the recharge did not happend but the money got deducted from my account then I attempted the second recharge and the also the second time the money got deducted from my account the two amounts are mentioned are 582.81 and 583.65 ...I will be doing the recharge from the local operator now.please refund my money back urgently please find the

        I I'm consumer of Siti Broadband since November 2020
        I am facing lots of Low Speed Issue from day one
        There is a Subscriber of your network in Barwala Express Networks
        I Used Complaint him weekly once but he Said always there is a Problem in internet speed from head Office so he can't help me
        This is not Fare
        Today he said take any other broadband connection I can't help you
        This is totally nonsense behaviour of your Employee or Subscriber

        Please fix the Speed issue problem as soon as possible
        Or we are going to disconnect your broadband connection...

          My name is Malik Khan, i am using SITI Broadband since last month. They charged me 4000Rs. The issue is that most of time the server down whole day. I complaint about it many times but no result. So i want to get my money back.

              I have been facing packet loss since past 3 days, i get around 15 % loss, I checked this on ping plotter and got to know that there was nothing wrong from my side, there was something wrong with the ISP . I contacted the ISP they called me and told me to run "ping google.com -t" in cmd. I told about the packet loss and suddenly the problem dissapeared for only about 10 mins after ending the call.
              I am sharing photo of ping plotter pro, ookla speedtest.


              In the PINGplotter pic the first IP is mine and second is ISP's you can see the packet loss from the ISP.

                  Hi,
                  On 01/01/2021 I had done online renewal of my broadband plan using Siti broadband online portal myindinet.indinet.co.in and I made the payment and amount got deducted from my bank account and when I checked for invoice, it was not generated and plan didn't renewed and then finally I had to pay 1000 rupees again to my Local cable operator in cash for the renewal of my account.

                  I contacted my bank for the transaction and they have said that transaction was successful and amount is transferred to merchant account and they provide me a transaction id to ask for refund from the merchant as merchant can't hold unaccountable money. I tried to contact the merchant (siti broadband/indinet) via calling but their phone number mentioned in the website is not in use. So, I mailed the merchant for the same and also raised a ticket from their online portal but no reply came from their side.

                  I got to know from many of sites that merchant doesn't hold good reputation for refunding of amount.

                  Please help me for the refund or at least merchant can renew my broadband plan for the next bill cycle as for this month I already paid in cash to my LCO to renew my account.

                  They're so reluctant to refund my money that even after sending mails and filing complaint here, I got no response from SITI Broadband.

                    I want to know what is my siti id?

                    When i take the broadband connection then i am not get any siti id only get user name and password but this is not enough to recharge online via paytm.

                    I am using Siti broadband and the connection is very very poor in my area (Chandanpur, Singur, Hooghly).

                    After 11 pm each night, no connection is there. We are very much disappointed in this area with this issue, as most of we are working from home at this time.
                    We have already complained the same to local support but as per them, they are not getting connection from upstream.
                    Please look into this.

                        I have subscribed for SITI Internet by paying Rs. 3030 for modem and 1 month plan with 50mbps speed.

                        Everyday after 10PM, my downloading speed reduced to 0.05mbps, making my office work almost impossible.

                        I have suffered a lot of loss due to this and feeling cheated.

                        Please help me.

                              For 3 months the internet speed is non existent. I recharge the 60mbps plan. And i got 0.4mbps (both are megabits per sec). I should at least get 10mbps. 850rs down the drain. And because of this i am having trouble with online classes so thank you siti net for making my life easy you piece of ###.                                 I live in Kanthalpota, krishnagar, Nadia, West Bengal (741101). I call my local siti cable service provider 3 weeks ago. He always says I will provide new connection within two days. But till now I got no response from him. I need this connection urgently. But they play with customer. This is your team service. If you don't provide service to customer in time then why you run this business. I am not expected this service from your team.

                                  This issue of disconnection has begun quite regular now, no matter how much I try to help them assist myself so that I can help them and save my job too, but siti broadband has now completely ignored their customer and never once taken us seriously neither our concerns, internet connection is very unstable and very poor and when it comes to monthly payment they are very fast and connected at that moment.

                                  Siti Broadband customer care are non responsive.
                                  These are the numbers of the guys whom I know and have given us the connection but they are ignoring us big time. Even after I requested them to help us as our jobs lies into this connection and we have no other internet broadband option here.

                                      My concern is regarding slow internet speed which I am facing from the last 5-6 months. I have to make a complaint again and again to resolve it. whenever I complaint it works fine for one day and again it starts creating problem. My works slow downs due to this for which children d face issues connecting there teachers for online classes and my office work as well.

                                      Continuously contacting them still nothing has been done to resolve the speed of the internet. For this I want compensation from SITI BROADBAND as they arent able to resolve this as I am paying them every month but not getting the services. As a compensation I want next 4 months internet free with good speed( Actually it will not be free, I have already paid a lot so it will cover it up).

                                      please help me asap.
