We are not getting proper internet connection. We are not getting any help from the operator. We request you to look into the matter. Our username is rakshit_info. Our contact number is [protected]. It is a showroom. So everything is dependent on internet. So we need proper connectivity. If we do not get any assistance then we need to termimate the service. We have been intimating this since last 4 months.
Siti Broadband customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Recently i have recharge my wifi with a new and better speed plan, for the few days it works superbly and after that it stop working in high speed which causes so much of nuisance while making payment online, etc.

    This is regarding ref no [protected] i have made a payement and same is also credited on 24 oct still my connection is deactivated and now they are denying that they have not received payment after one month and due to this my imp work is hampered on day to day basis.
    After in continuation of one month still the issue is not resolved and now they are not even reversing the amount

      dns ping problem

      Rqstd 2 move services on 1st sep sent rent agreement of new address 2 essel group email.
      After 24 hours i calld dem for status & till that they didn't forward dat request. Sep 2 at 2:15 pm dey forwarded my request and now time is 3:14 pm sep 3 and still no called me or installed the service.
      Customer service is pathetic use only robotic language

        Hello,

        I am, raj kumar, customer id 10.17.98.3, taken siti broadband connection with 5 mbps plan, from 1st july 2017.

        Since then, i am facing severe problems in accessing internet. I never got the speed i was told for.in the starting period the characteristics of the problem was, huge packet drops in the night hours around 12am to 8.30 am. I had complained so many time to my local cable operator as well as to the siti customer care. But no action taken from their side.

        Every day internet service goes down for minimum of 6-10 hours. If there is any rain or thundering the local cable operator switch off their devices. If there is power failure for more than 30 minutes, there is no internet connection. If there is power failure, or any other issue after 9pm, there is no power-backup and no one to look/ resolve this problem. Have to wait for the next day to get it fixed.

        I am very much disgusted with the poor service provided by the local cable operator (Tinku: [protected], amit: [protected]). I am paying rs. 550 per month and getting this type of service. It seems i am wasting money or doing charity by paying for no reason. I am complaining almost on a regular basis but there was no step taken to resolve this issue permanently instead just a temporary fix is provided, hence same problem the next day.

        So from a common customer point of view i am helpless. Hope you will take necessary steps expeditiously against these guys, and solve the problems that i am facing in getting your service.

          My local cable operator turns off his system after 6 P.M everyday for maintenance. when i call them they says its been in maintenance it'll right back after 1 or 2 hour but it never does! this is a good way to scam peoples money without being spotted!

            I am having a 1.5 mbps connection but the internet connection for the last two days have been very slow. There is a big loss of ping and whenever i try to contact their helpline number, it show busy and when i try to contact my local service provider they ask me to call the helpline number. There is been a total non co-operation from both of the regarding service provider in uptaking and solving my problem. There is should not such a service for 750 rupees which cant even send a whatsapp audio file.

              Hi,
              I am experiencing ping lag and gateway/dns ping lagupto 2000ms from the last two months I have called u guys multiple times but no help given also there is no internet from 11pm to 5am everyday from the past 2 week I offered advice and help buy no one listens as I am a customer I mentioned something is wrong with the switches and ur olt because one of the switches might be broadcasting … everytime they say we can’t help ask ur local operator and I have done that but how many times can a person do that … am I the customer or the customer service is cause this is getting hectic I can’t play any games due to this lost of ping and getting disconnected most of the times and if it was a local problem why are all my friends from Kolkata receiving the same problem while we are playing together were all getting high ping and disconnection … about 20 of my friends are facing the same problem … we need some kind of resolution as this problem has started since the start of this year and from the past month it’s the worse ever … plus ur customer service is super rude and arrogant, also likes to interrupt a lot and we don’t get any compensation either …

                My refund is pending with siticable for the amount of 800. Its been more than 15 days regarding my complaint and I still did not get any actions on my complaint from siti cable. Customer care keeps promising that concerned authority will get back but they never call back. After making many efforts finally require help from consumer forum.

                  Worst service ever. Can't contact customer care easily, after trying 50 times then I have got a chance to contact. Not only that, service executor has no knowledge about connection. they want to just skip, and telling to call operator. Why you are here. After trying 4 days, I just fed up and decide to reject this broadband. Your mac binding system is worst. Even your service man can't solve my problem. worst worst worst service ever...

                    This is to bring into your notice that I had registered for a new broadband connection on Feb 11th, 2017 with complete documents and full cash payment.It was told to me that the connection would be installed within 24 hrs. But for 3-4 days there was no communication from Siti's side. Hence, I called SITI broadband helpline myself to know the status. Shockingly, the customer rep were clueless and asked me to register a complaint, and asked me to wait that I would get a call back within 30 mins.Note that there was no callback and I had to to call back thrice .Still there were no callbacks. Today again I called and again I have been given an assurance, but still no callback.
                    The result is that even after 5 days and paying full payment with complete documents, I don't have an internet connection.

                      I registered for broadband connection in the month of September, 2016. The engineer came to my house to install the internet cable and broadband. Due to technical reasons they were not able to setup the internet.
                      Then, I asked for refund of my registration amount on 21st September, 2016.
                      Since that date, the company has not refunded my amount. I have called them more than 20 times. Everytime they tell me that they would get back to me.
                      But they do not revert.
                      The amount which I had paid for registration is 1034 INR. Also, I have submitted cancelled cheque to process the refund amount. But no response from them.

                        he assured me a call back 2 times but still i did not resolved a single call or person who can resolve my issue. this time i dont make any payment untill he resolve my problem. i have the payment receipt of icici. which customer care said they did not received, and i have the payment received confirmation online also in my online account.. if i did not receive any confirmation from siti officials i make sure i will file the complain in consumer court very soon. bcoz it is the harasment for me i am facing from so many days and not getting any respose from any resposible person.

                          I have paid an advance money to siti broadband for new connection, but due to non availability of their connection in our area they were unable to provide their services to us. I requested them to refund my advances many times but they didn't refund my money till this date.i have paid the advance money on 9 october 2016. As per them the refund was to be refunded with 15 days.i called them many time and give them all the necessary document which they required for refund but they didn't give any revert, i did all necessary action which can i do, even i remind them many times also.
                          so i am bound to complain in consumer forum. it is my humble request to consumer forum please refer my grievance and take necessary actions against this matter.

                            Im using siti broadband from 7-8months.. now from 2weeks siti provide me bad issues.. like timeout and unreachable.. everytime and every day.. i submit complain to local provider but they told me that its siti broadband main problem.. and approximately 2weeks gone, , facing the same problem.. i gave them money for recharge too.. but still happens.. dont know what is going on.. im too much suffering from this condition.. even i complain many times.. still no fix.. but still they giving me issues.. that time this time.. how much time? 2week is not enough? this is too much for now.. even i cant do my jobs without internet.. too much annoying they are.. what should i do tell me SITI Broadband.. i[censored] cant give us good internet then leave business.. and take rest.. because this type of scam is too much.. im from kolkata..                               Had registered for Sitibroadband services on 30/08/2016 with a promise of activation within 03 days, even after repeated phone calls to local distributor, company toll free number and mails, even to nodal officer, nothing has been done even after a month has passed by and not even a single proper response is being given by the company.My support ticket numbers. [protected] dt. 11/09/2016 / [protected] dt. 14/09/2016 / [protected] dt.16/09/2016 were given and even sms were received that problem has been sorted out. Otherwise I am happy that I saved myself taking a service from such a bad company who doesn't have any customer support .

                              I am promised 50 Mbps speed plan with Siti broadband, however after a day I came to know that download limit is 150 Gb which was not mentioned anywhere in the brochure and pamplet,
                              they are misleading by selling us the with a image of wrong product, I need proper action should taken immediately against the company

                                Hi, I am a resident of Sapoorji SUKHOBRISHTI complex, New Town, kolkata- using siti services. They have disconnected my prepaid broadband services although i have paid the money for this month in advance. Customer service is very poor and always provides unreasonable answers upon being asked any question. I am not able to do my office work due to this broadband disconnection. Please take immediate steps to resolve. This is a repeatative issue now with Siti.

                                  I Upgrade my plan on 01/09/2016 to infinitive 50mbps plan in which customer care executive told me that they will change their existing router with new one in 8 hours.I am calling them on daily basis and they just say we will do it today and till now its 4 day already.Most important thing is that they dont have any senior person to handle the things. i am frustrated now. whenever i call i just got one answer that is Sir i am sorry, we will do it today for sure.that is my commitment.

                                  Please Take some serious action regarding this as i am loosing my money day by day

                                  I regret to inform you that I have been using your broadband service for almost three months now but it has turned out to be the biggest disappointment possible.I called your CS on 1st of September and they pitched an upgrade which I agreed to as I work from home and internet is my only source of income.I was promised a new router and improved internet speed and I am Sorry to inform you once again that I have not received the same yet.In addition to that for the past five days there is no service and I cannot use internet. I ended up calling your CS at[protected] multiple times every day till today but they are not entertaining my complaint they just keep giving false promises that they will get it fixed today itself for the past five days with a new ticket number everyday..

                                  I fail to understand why am I being charged for a service that won't ever work and no actions are taken on complaints.Strange but true fact is that now the CS agents have started hanging up on me.I request you to Please understand that I am losing on my income every day i spend without internet service!

                                  I just need my money back I request a complete refund and Cancellation of service with your Broadband company as well.It feels like I am being scammed here by you guys.

                                    I have got broadband connection on second week of july but it was not working for few days and called several time to local person to resolve the issue but no one picked phone so immediately i stopped payment because it seems to be fraud.

                                    Then it started and in last july it got suspended because siti deposited cheque in bank and they refused to pay because i stopped. Since 12 days i am continuously calling several time daily for collecting money from my home and all the time people mentioned that person will come today, give us today time and that time has passed and crossed all the days, no one came to collect money from me. I wonder even nothing is moving after 10 days and it is harassment to the user. Even one person said on customer care if you pay online then it will start in two hours that also i did but nothing happened and when i cross checked with other person in customer care they said that is wrong and payment need to be done through cheque or cash. I called today their customer care again then mr. Neel picked up the phone and said if your pay for two months online then it will start which i am not going to do. I had discussion with their senior also last week i. E. Mr. Saif, he also assured me to provide services but nothing happened. I called more than 80 times to them.

                                    I am disappointed to use this rubbish services and want immediate action on this. Now they have not given services to me for one month but i will be paying and they already have one month extra payment with them.

                                      Hi,

                                      We have siti broadband connection and very frustrated by the services. Internet has not been working since last 7 days and despite lodging multiple complaints, it has not been resolved. Your local technical team is not able to find out the problem. No senior from your side is looking into my complaint despite multiple calls to customer to speak to senior members of your team.

                                      We are really very unhappy with your services. Other than these 7 days (Wherein no internet has worked), earlier also every 2-3 days there has been problem in internet - either speed is very slow or modem is not online.

                                      Despite having very good broadband plans, service is really pathetic.

                                      I sincerely request you and your office to look into this matter and provide the solution and provide me refund against no internet days from siti broadband.
