Siti Broadband — Service in local area

I live in Kanthalpota, krishnagar, Nadia, West Bengal (741101). I call my local siti cable service provider 3 weeks ago. He always says I will provide new connection within two days. But till now I got no response from him. I need this connection urgently. But they play with customer. This is your team service. If you don't provide service to customer in time then why you run this business. I am not expected this service from your team.
