[Resolved] Siti Broadband — Siti Broadband franchisees charge 300-400 rupees more than actual package price | |||
I recently got a Siti Broadband 1Mbps connection in Kolkata 41 area. The invoice in my account shows a total payable amount of Rs 1122.48 whereas the local cable operator charges me Rs 1520 a month I contacted Siti Cable regarding this and emailed their VP Mr Souvick Chatterjee but got no response from them Since there are no other ISPs in our area, Siti is running a monopoly and cheating customers. Could anybody else who is having a 1Mbps Siti Broadband connection please confirm how much they are paying each month? Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

The LCO is charging a flat Rs 400 extra from me. In other words, I am being cheated by Rs 400 per month by my LCO
