My foot pain increased even after changing the shoe pair by the mani square salt lake kolkata outlet and after changing the brand only the pain was relieved. I already informed this to the outlet but no action was taken. I want to change the pair and may be substituted for my ward or my spouse. Please address the problem immediately. Regards mrs mondal

These are my second pair of same shoes, the earlier one was strong and went in for 1.5 years but this got uncomfortable in less than 4 months and the all the pillars got compressed
This is absolute not right when a customer is happy with the product and thinks to buy the same product and faces quality issue

It has been years that I have been happy with your brand but it's last year November (10/11/2017) I purchased a belly shoes n rarely must hav used and it has broken. As I have always trusted the brand for long journey. This experience has been a big discomfort. Please have a look into it the bill no is CM 4671 17 and the cost of the shoe was 4499.

This is to inform you that i bought a sketcher shoe on 01st feb 2018 but unfortunately after 20 days its inner line is worn out. Photo attached for your reference. May i know what possible solution you find for this query. I never expected such compromise in quality with company like sketcher. Your prompt reply is awaited.

Bought a pair of shoes from shri ram and sons lajpat nagar delhi. Cash 5500/-
Show upper is of cloth and has torn from the joint which enters the side of the sole.
Shri ram sons ppl say can’t take the shoe as co will entertain the customer better if i go direct.
They returned my shoes after keeping for 48 days.
Going specially to that place - parking hassles and 2 rounds just to get them bk. Uffff.
Kindly guide me further. I stay in vasant kunj.

On30th june2017 i purchased a pair of shoes from the company store at allahabad vide bill no cm/0584/17.
I regret to inform you that the shoe is cracking up and joints opening, that too when mine is a desk job and a cab picks and drops me from and to my home so wear and tear is nominal.
However, on visiting the store, the store personelle flatly refused to entertain me saying that things bought at a sale had no surety and shoes generally had a life of 6 months. I fail to understand this. Does skechers make such substandard goods that they last only for 6 months?? Also, does skechers offer defective goods at their sales that they give no surety for anything??
I am therefore lodging a complaint against such treatment and asking you to look into the matter and answer my queries else i will never visit your store or recommend your products to anyone

Hi sir/ madam am writing this complaint about broken shoes and thread come out from top part of the shoes. We bought that shoes just 1 and half month ago and bit worried about change the colour as well like when we bought color like navy blue but now toe of the shoes look like bit white and blue so please check mm shoes pictures and change the shoes so at last am happy to exchange mm shoes and grab same shoes but new one thanks lot..

I bought a pair of shoe from skechers showroom-garden galleria mall noida on 6th january, 2018, i had the same shoes earlier too but there was no issue with the shoes so this shoe is defective. There is a problem in left shoe it is hurting (Can't even walk properly) a lot on my ankle and my ankle turned blue in 4-5 days, even though shoe is not at all tight. Earlier i thought its new so that may be the reason (Though there is no problem with size), and the right shoe is absolutely fine. There is some major problem with the left shoe as this problem did'nt occur with the same type of shoe which i had earlier in different color. I took it to the showroom too. They asked me to launch a complaint for this defective product. I kindly request you to revert as soon as possible.

My husband bought a skechers shoes from bandra linking road store mumbai (India), he confirmed about the exchange if the size didn't fit. As the size didn't fit me i have visited store 3 times and called multiple times they are not giving me size change. My shoes are lying in bandra store untouched but not changed. Manger of the store mahesh and sachin is such a irresponsible guy not bothered of customer, keeps committing for exchange of size, but never called to keep me updated. Now they don't even attend my call.
Its been a month my shoes are lying with them.
I have knee issue, that is the reason my husband bought the shoes, and as they didn't fit me, next day i went for exchange.
After visiting 3 times they said they will deliver at my place.
Calling them everyday, no response.
Is this the way you guys provide customer service, by harassing us.
Please take stern actions against the store manger and teach him some customer service.

I took pair of sketchers from chandigarh last year it’s inside lining is worn out and hurting my foot from backside internal lining is of very poor quality what is the use of buying such an expensive product if it’s life is like local brands plz look into matter

Earlier he was wearing memory-foam lace-up sketchers sport shoes he was not at all facing any problems they were so comfortable, there was a scheme going around so i went with the scheme...

I bought a pair of shoes 10 days back and used two days but discomfort to me. Right shoe wasn't as comfortable as the left one. Really upset.

Dear sir,
1. I am an army officer, i purchased a pair of skechers goga pillar go walk 3 from mgf metropolitan mall, gurugram, showroom about 9 months ago.
2. To my surprise, the upper of both the shoes is ripping from side of laminated toe area. (Photos attached for reference). I took the pair to skechers showroom at lucknow who advised me to bring to your kind notice about the product. The tearing is not usual in the product...

I bought men's shoes skechers goga run 400 serial no. 54350 size uk 7 on the saturday, 28 oct 2017 from plaza boot house, nr. Super market, tunki gali, anand, gujarat

After using two days i found that my left foot heel is getting slide towards outer side of my body and i was losing balance during walk. Then i asked my two friends to wear my shoes (Who are having the same shoe size) whether they were also got the same experience. Then i became confirmed that it is not my fault rather the defect in the shoes - especially in the left pair of the shoes in area of the heel.

I request to the company that for their long lusting good will, if they replace the shoes or send back the money, i shall be grateful.

I do not like to damage my feet any further as i am 74 years old now.

Dear sir/ madam,
This is in reference to a pair of shoes i purchased from skechers' showroom at c-21 mall in indore on 5 th february 2017.
I am a regular endurance runner and had purchased the uk size - 9, blue coloured, "go air" skechers shoes from the above-mentioned showroom at an approximate price of 8000 rupees. The shoes were on a warranty period of 1 year. After using the shoes for a period of just 6 months, i noticed a tear in the shoe structure today, while going for my routine run. So i reported this to the skechers's showroom at nagpur but they were unable to acknowledge my grievance and instead asked me to mail my request to you.
Since the shoes are in warranty period, i request you to kindly look into the matter and help with the replacement as soon as possible.
I am hereby attaching the photographs of my shoes, for your knowledge, in case need arises.
I hope you will take the necessary action as these are my routine running shoes.

I bought skechers fashion fit statement shoes from ajio.com which is a trusted website about 15-20 days ago. But after wearing them, i experience severe unbearable pain in my feet on the inner side whenever i jump or run with those shoes on. Skechers are meant to provide full cushioning and comfort but these shoes are troubling me more.
I request you to either take them back and refund my money or exchange them with some other model which suits me.

I bought shoes from surat sketchers showroom.
They said it's very comfort for wearing.
Within three months the shoes all pasting are opened.
When first we complaint they said we do repair this things.
We said ok u can do.
After reparing within in months the problem is again same.
Now from last one month they don't gve any answer about the product

I bought a shoe in june this year at phoenxi market city chennai, they sold the shoes with color difference. Left shoe light blue color, right shoe dark blue color. I did not this in the ambient light in the showroom. When i worn the and went outside it was very much noticeable. I would like to inform u that i purchased sketchers slippers from centro panjagutta hyderabad on 15th april and since one month back its big toe sole has worn out and is # to sole. It is very uncomfortable.

I took it back to centro store and met manager there. He told me that he will it repaired by adjusting the sole by pulling it to other side. I got angry and i brought it back. Repairing it will not help me becoz whole sole is worn out and will be a problem. We buy it with hopes of wearing it atleast for an year. But within three months it got worn out and a problem.

I want a replacement not repair. Kindly look into this matter. When does anyone buy such a costlier slippers. To feel confort and wear it for more time than any other slippers. It didn't even give us it's like any other simple slippers. So soon it got worn out. Im enclosing pictures of the bill and slippers and signature of manager of centro footwear.
