I have made a shoe purchase on[protected] from Sketchers Exclusive Retail Shop in Dahisar Miraroad Mumbai. The shoes was purchased without any discount and offer. At the point of sales i have been told that shoes shall take feet shape using it multiple times and there wont be any issues. Shoes costing was 5999/-. Being a branded product i kept trust and bought it. While using the shoe i started feeling often pain and uncomfortably while wearing it and with multiple attempts using it i started feeling extreme pain and though to show it to doctor and i came to know that in my feet nails the disease called GANGRENE taking shape and it is not at all recommended to wear that shoes. Hence i tried reaching customer care through email and i have describe the exact issue to them, but they denied to offer replacement, exchange or return the product. As per their mail to me they also mention that sometime shoe may take some time to get adjusted with feet shape and it after multiple use it become normal. and they cant accept any return beyond 15 day's of purchase. Now here their own statements are contradicting. It is a running shoes not the normal one which can be weared every occasion. Requesting to see in this matter and help.
