Skechers India — Order ID: OD[protected] Shoe defect

Hi Team,
Greetings !

I am writing this email to express my concern over the Skechers shoe quality.

I purchased Skechers shoes for the very first time in May 1st 2024 from Flipkart.

Now in running sixth month, there is a defect in the left shoe from inside and outside, due to which I am able to wear them.

Which is making my first time impression and experience very disappointing with the highly trustworthy and reliable brand.

I humbly request to please help me to replace the item.

Attached are the invoice and defected shoe images.

I hope I will hear from the Skechers team soon!!
