Skoda India — Booking amount not refunded after 3 months of follow up

We have booked Skoda Slavia in the pre-booking

Dealer - Jagadish motocorp pvt ltd, Bhopal (M.P)

we are following up with the dealer since December to get the refund, however, the dealer was just delaying for 2 months.

Recently after several follow-ups, they started the processing, however, now they are claiming that the booking amount is not reflected in their account, hence they can't refund.

Please expedite the refund and internally sort out the accounts between Skoda central team and the dealership.
