Respected Sir / Ma'am

In the above subject, I would like to inform you that I purchased a Slavia on 17th April 2023 from Shaisha Motos pvt ltd, Jaipur Rajasthan.
My car got into an accident on 02nd May 2023 around 03.00 am on Jaipur - Delhi highway. By god's sake, no casualty happened, but my car was badly damaged.
My car reached Skoda Workshop Jaipur on 02nd May 2023 only and after that, I am facing these problems from their side: -

When that accident happened there were two doors damaged on the left side but when the car reached the workshop there were three doors damaged. How did happen?

We completed our all formalities on 3rd May 2023, which was demanded by the service center. They gave us approx. 15 days to deliver our car after all repairs & paperwork are done. But now on 19th May, they don't have at least a date that when they will deliver our car.

When we purchased this car, we made only one visit to your dealership & booked this car within one hour only and only because of the name " SKODA" behind this. I never assumed what kind of support I would get come in the future.

It's very strange to get this type of treatment from your employees.

whenever I called your employees in the last some days, they always said they will update in reverse call & call back never come.
2nd thing they said some parts are not in stock and they are unable to find them from another workshop as well.

Really,

Skoda doesn't have the required parts of the car in case of an accident.

If you do not have sufficient parts for a car, then why are you selling it?
Do you have not any responsibility after selling your car?

Your service center staff made pressure on us for the signing format which was supposed to sign at the time of delivery.
Your roadside assistance company broke our car gate at the time of pickup from the accident site. Then why they left one door? They could break that too as well.

We have been communicating with Mr. Banwari from the Service center then we go to Mr. Arvind for asking him when I will get my car on 17th May. But I did not get to know when that " Part " will come & when I will get my car back.

Now I am thinking that why I purchased a car from your brand " Skoda".
This incident makes me believe that we should purchase a car from Hyundai or Maruti or Mahindra because they don't have this part problem & this kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior of their employee.

I would never suggest to anyone about your brand.

I am a senior manager at govt bank, I belong to Jaipur my posting is Sikar. I have to travel 200 km per day for my job. This car was not for home decoration that was my necessity but now I don't have even a date when I will get this. How many days do I have to suffer?

I am very disappointed with my decision to purchase a SKODA car.

    My car skoda kodiaq CG07BS7770 IS accidented on 19 april 2023 . car reached at workshop on 19 april 2023 . insurance company approved clame . but company is not started work right now . they demand 5 lacs rupees in advance and said after deposit they start work otherwise they do not start work . i have complained many times in coustmer care but no response from their side

      Dear Manager,

      I had Bought VOLKSWAGEN / TAIGUN GT PLUS 1.5 TSI DSG/SUV (Engine No. DUMA31375 ; Chasis No. MEXA23CW7PT008287) on 4th April 2023. (Colour - WC Red)

      The worst Part is the Bonnet. It goes inside by the push of a finger. Very Very poor design or material used in this batch of production. If kids sit on it it will form a dent. Your 2022 models did not have it, as I crossed checked, with my friends vehicle. More force is required in His Car.I am sure that this is your manufacturing defect.

      I give you 2 options:

      Option 1 : Replace my Bonnet WC Red with PPF coating Free Of Cost under warrenty or any case your team decides.

      Option 2 : Pay off my 20 Lakhs loan and I will live with this defect.

      I will need an answer from Volkswagen Corporate by 15th May 2023 on the options above, else will file a legal case on Volkswagan and Euro NCAP.

      Note : 1 customer lost is equated to millions.

        Fuel injector failure for Skoda Rapid 1.5 TDI AT

        I see there are lot of complaints about fuel injector failures in Skoda and regret that i had not checked this forum earlier. My 2015 Skoda rapid has done 107000 kms now and already has had 2 fuel injectors replaced - first at 94, 240km and the second at 1, 06, 289kms.         Kushaq 1.5 style. TN10BP8124 clutch issue, Kun Skoda

        Hi Folks, I was facing an issue in my kushaq 1.5 style variant. The clutch when applied goes in all the way and does not recoil back like it does not come back to its original position.         I gave my car skoda Fabia mg12 jz 3088 for service . And there was a noise coming from opening the door which I asked them to check . The body shop guys did such an ugly job my car was looking worse then before . I called the workshop and the service advisor . Sent them pictures of before and after . Their response was very bad . They avoided my calls for days guy called parmeshwar . The customer relations manager called me and said she will check and get back to me . No calls or anything from them past 2 weeks . Very unprofessional staff and members . Horrible service .

            No battery available for my Skoda rapid 2020 model as my car battery got weak jump started last week through Skoda assistance and service person from Chennai told all three service centers both gurudev and maverick motors battery not available …..kindly arrange battery for my car as soon as possible and let me know soon.@ Skoda India

              I am facing battery problem for my Skoda rapid 2020 model…. Four days back through road assistance. I jumpstart my car. Very worst part is today I visited ambattur Chennai Skoda showroom cum service center that service people told that there is no availability of new car battery for my Skoda rapid car and he also added there is no battery available in whole Chennai city really felt very bad and he also added you can purchase battery from third-party services really felt embarrassed for buying Skoda

                Good Evening.This is regarding the service of Skoda superb(AP09BV5400) car at Vijayawada Service Station.

                Our vehicle was damaged and we handovered our vehicle on December 15 2022 at vijayawada service station.After the inspection of your executives at the service center they had released a estimation copy of vehicle for damages.In the copy the amount was Inr:2, 55, 000/-.

                After three months and follow up calls and follow up visits by ourselves, I got a message from service center executive saying that vehicle is ready for delivery and I have to pay Inr: 3, 13, 000/-.Because of the huge price difference I asked them why the amount has increased.They replied with single answer saying that parts prices were increased.

                I handovered my vehicle three months back and I don't know when the parts price were raised.My main concern is if they got parts priorily which ultimately can reduce the price and also you can't say to the customer like this.You have to give clear explanation to the customer.Because of your work delay and now I have to bear the costs.There is 60, 000 difference amount, tell me who will pay this.Does the company bear the amount?

                I demand a clear explanation report on the service.

                  Booking amount not refunded after 3 months of follow up

                  Dealer - Jagadish motocorp pvt ltd, Bhopal (M.P)

                  we are following up with the dealer since December to get the refund, however, the dealer was just delaying for 2 months.

                  Recently after several follow-ups, they started the processing, however, now they are claiming that the booking amount is not reflected in their account, hence they can't refund.br...

                  On Dec 25th 2022, we had contacted Mahavir auto to purchase Skoda Kushaq. We had asked for the top end variant in STYLE and that we needed the car in 1 week. Mr Anil had misled us into booking Skoda Kushaq STYLE 1L instead of 1.5L even after asking for the top end variant as only 1L was available within 1 week. On the day before delivery we came to know about it, so we refused to take the delivery and cancelled the loan. From then, Mr Anil and his team has been constantly forcing to take the delivery of the car saying that TR has already been done and cannot be cancelled. Technically, TR should never be created from their end before receiving the complete payment. If the loan had been disbursed then we would have taken the delivery as we would not have choice but since it was not yet done we cancelled the loan. We asked them to cancel the TR and refund our initial payment of 3, 85, 000 but they were insisting us to take the vehicle. We tried contacting the customer care of Skoda but they were always redirecting us to Mahavir sales management where they are asking us to cancel the TR ourselves or take the delivery. We did not cancel the TR from our end because we are not sure whether they will return our money. Recently they (i.e Mahavir dealer) sent a notice with many false claims saying that they would go legal if we did not take the delivery of the car. I mailed Skoda regarding this but got no reply from them. At this point nobody from Skoda is replying to us and hence we are raising complaint here.

                    Skoda KUSHAQ- sudden Clutch Failure

                    Even I am facing same issue with Kushaq similar to other user who reported clutch failure, right from the beginning clutch is always hard and suddenly car was not moving day before yesterday, had to tow and send to Skoda service center. Now skoda is saying problem from user end which is totally not acceptable. We had used other cars for 10 years without replacing clutch one time also, But with skoda kushaq with only less kilometers facing...

                      I am driving skoda rapid since 2017 and the service qualities of skoda can never get better. Around 55000 km I have changed brake disc and brake pad thrice. Whenever I apply brake around speed of 40 km/h the whole car vibrate. When I talk to service department they always tell me that due to the water your disc has been damaged. You have to change it. Last time I changed it and after that I drove the car around 4000 km and again it has started doing same problem. And they have only one solution. Just change it. Highly disappointed.

                          Hello,

                          My wife and I wanted a digital console in the Slavia model and the representative had stated that the only difference between the style NSR and non NSR model is only the sunroof.

                          I had this confirmed multiple times although verbally and every time he mentioned the only difference is the sunroof.

                          But in reality it has 4 key differences including the digital console.

                          I am feeling cheated as the information was not given properly and I was sold a car I didn’t want.

                          My car temporary registered number is :

                          TS 07 CK T/R 2967

                          This matter needs to be taken seriously.

                          I would either need a refund of my money or get my digital console fixed along with 3 other features. I do not mind paying extra.

                          I am saddened by what’s happened. I need help.

                            Scoda service center located in Pimple Saudagar pune location. The service center is located in public area and they are they are making noise pollution as well as air pollution. We all socity members are requesting scoda authority please look in to this matter.

                              I recently bought OCTAVIA (MH20GE 0471) from M/s Sara Motors Aurangabad.

                              The vehicle met with an accident on 24th Oct'22. I immediately contacted M/s Sara Motors who acted very promptly (even though it was a Diwali holiday) and arranged to take the car to the showroom for examination.

                              It was found by the technicians that the engine had a problem and would require replacement. They made efforts to convince the insurance agency to give a go ahead and finally could get go ahead around 1st Dec'22 (almost 6 weeks after accident)

                              Sara motors then informed me that the replacement engine has been ordered from Germany and they shall be able to get new engine by 15th Dec'22.

                              On 15th Dec they informed that the new date is 27th Dec'22

                              On 27th Dec'22 they informed that engine is misplaced/not located at Airport despite there best efforts and now the revised date of arrival in Pune is 15th Jan'23. Likely arrival in Aurangabad is 16th Jan'23 and likely date of handover of vehicle is 21st Jan'21.

                              On 16th Jan'23 I have ben informed that the revised date is 31st Jan'23.

                              Almost three months have passed with vehicle in showroom. I never ever imagined that such a situation can ever happen.

                              I am totally at confused and very sorry to get such repeated delay responses from Sara Motors. I have been in touch with all person concern there and the answer that I get is they are helpless as SKODA is not supporting them with replacement engine.

                              Needless to say I have spent a fortune to buy this car and with a hope that I am staying in Aurangabad and SKODA has a factory here, hence I would get good after sales service, if required.

                              I am totally shattered by the after sales service and repeated further delay response, not expected from a reputed multination company like SKODA.

                              I am stuck, frustrated and helpless and hope that I will get some early help and solution. The trauma that me and my family is going through cannot be explained in words.
