I brought Skoda ambition in Nov 21, from stellar Skoda Ahmedabad .the car broke down today after 21000 . The clutch went in and was so loose that it couldn’t take up the gear and the car stopped moving at all . I called the customer service and they took 1 hour to call back and send some assistance . The cars first service was still not done . Now I somehow pumped the clutch pedal and the car was able to move a little further and got some speed whereby I could able to drive and take it to a service station 15 kms away the representative says that sir because you skipped 16 kms first service, any part if we have to put in clutch repairs will be chargeable . The car is already under warranty and the service advisor says this . I checked whereby there was no terms mentioned that if you are late for service then it voids the warranty . Here the service advisor was Misleading me and probably wanted to charge me for the bug happened in car .
The car was single handed driven and doesn’t have any accident . It’s a new car Baught from Skoda
I want to complain this here so that the company cares for their clients and works a little more towards customers satisfaction and doesn’t charge for something that’s a cars fault Was this information helpful? |
