[Resolved] Skoda India — refund for booking | |||||
Refund of booking Sir I had booked skoda monte carlo on 25th august 2017 with delivery schedule for 3rd september 2017 both the dealer and skoda india confirmed the delivery on 3rd sept and i booked flight from bangalore to delhi to take delivery of the car and present it to my mother but on arrival aryaveer skoda expressed their inability to deliver on 3 rd, second option given for 4th sept before noon which also did not take place. Hence i cancelled my booking and asked them refund the booking amount through mail which neither skoda india nor aryaveer skoda has responded. The booking was cancelled on 4th afternoon. Today aryaveer skoda when contacted that is on 8th september, expressed their inability to refund the amount. This has given me lot of mental agony. Whether this is fair market practice i am still wondering. The likes of aryaveer skoda are only tarnishing the image of skoda india. I request skoda india to initiate refund process immediately to avoid any further agony to their propective buyers by the dealers of the type of aryaveer skoda.
