I am owned a skoda superb car no pb 11 bd 0100. I approached your above said dealer by traveling 180 km (One time) for the service of my car on 02/09/2017. I also asked them to repair the memory switch of driver seat but instead of repairing the switch, the mechanic broke the switch and fitted as it is. When i asked them why they broke the switch, then they told me that they have no switch available in store and asked me to come another day and they will replace the switch with new one. I again on 16/09/2017 visited to your showroom at 10am. The manager assured me today they will replace and repair the seat switch but till 5 pm they can't solve the problem even they created more problems like some steering switch not working, radio needs a code to be unlocked and the left window could not be operated by the driver. The have wasted my time and when i asked them to tell me the cause of not repairing the switch the told me that the have no mechanic to repair this kind of problem. The told me to to another service station. So i request to you to solve my problems said above and also ask the above said owner to pay damages caused by the service station and my precious time wasted by them or i will file a complaint to the competent court of law.

    I have just purchased the new octavi and the seat are already gone the car is only three weeks old and only done 250km from new. Is this the standards on skoda now. This is my second skoda which is no where near the standard of my eight year old octiva with 155000 km with no issue.
    The new car is having issue already when it new so how bad will it be when i reach 2000km

      I am highly unsatisfied with the kind of batteries skoda provides in their rapid model. I bought skoda rapid in april 2015 and faced the battery issue sometimes in july 2016. I got it replaced and now again after a year i am in the same souk. I reckon skoda is spoiling their image by using such degraded parts. Moreover they say the battery has a warranty of 1 year. Does that mean a car battery has a shelf life of only 1 year as both times the batteries lasted for 1 year. Any battery dealer now a days gives warranty of 3 years or more.

      My vehicle no is CG 10 AG 5483 and purchase it 6 months before, 2 DAYS BEFORE I HAVE noise and bubbling problem in my vehicle so i take it to GRAND MOTORS BILASPUR CHHATTISGARH INDIA, they rectified noise problem but did not rectified bubbling problem also charged for the same. how can they take any charge under warranty. please solve my problem

        I have bought new skoda rapid during january 2017 with extended warranty for 2+2 years. Which is valid until january 2020.

        Recently i had a complaint of some noise from front and had sent my vehicle to skoda autobahn service centre, in goragoan west, mumbai on 1st september 2017, car was inspected and was returned on the same day as the part called fly wheel was not in stock, was advised once its made available from factory will call me for replacing the same, till yesterday the part has not arrived and after insisting for proper & correct information of arranging for parts i have been given a written e-mail that the part is now expected on 27th september 2017 again not guaranteed.

        I am surprised the company like skoda as vw group are not capable to handle such a small complaint within the time frame. Also worried if some major parts are to be replaced under warranty period how are they going to honour their commitment to quality sales services.

          A little background, it's a rapid ka05 mk 8782 1.6 tdi has done 80000 km's.

          Afternoon when i was driving on highway at about 50 km's speed, i had covered 30 km's of my distance, the glow plug symbol flashed on the display and stopped the running engine, immediately hit the hazard lights and pulled over, glow plug continued to flash and i switched off the ignition and pulled the key out what if a speeding vehicle came and hit me from behind.

          A search on the internet shows few customers with this issue and not only that, there is also a service advisory on the injector fault. We found that there were many vehicles in the same service station with the same problem over the last couple of months, which definitely raises a question on the reliability of a world-class automobile manufacturer & it looks like a common issue and skoda company should replace this faulty fuel injection systems free of cost.

          Try not to BUY SKODA

          Exceptionally frustrated with SKODA will never purchase anything from this brand again.

          Two weeks past still no solution nor compensation for it. I have officially paid 20, 000/ - as advance sum for the fuel injector and now they are telling due absence of stock part and they're not giving a particular date likewise I am certain I will get a call after this like a robot they will answer will check with the dealer and will call you up however they never will

            My car stopped suddenly on july 28, 2017 in the middle of the road at santacruz, mumbai and matter was reported to skoda through toll free number and then to the dealer. I did not get any assistance for towing the vehicle. On july 29th vehicle was sent to dealer autobahn enterprises at goregaon. After 10 days they told me that the fuel pump has been damaged.
            They gave me estimate of rs 132000 to replace this. I contested and requested them to replace it free of cost as my vehicle was bought on july 29, 2017 and it was under the warranty.
            According to the dealer fuel pump has been damaged by adulterated fuel, you will appreciate that i dont manufacture or outsource the oil as such and its being filled through authorised petrol pumps.
            Vehicle is lying with the dealer since july 29 and i am having horrible time and very negative experience owning skoda vehicle.
            Request you to pl help.

              I purchased Skida Rapid on July 14, 2017 and paid 29, 999/- INR for prepaid maintenance package. But till now i did not get any confirmation on that. I purchased vehicle from Tafe Access Ltd, Hosur Road, Bangalore. The dealer is of no help in this matter as i directly transferred money to Skoda India. I need help on this. I called Skoda customer care thrice and raised complaint but they said they will get back, but no response at all. please help me out to resolve this.

                The above vehicle was purchased from Raj Petro through Gurudev motors authorised used car vendor Nagaraj Cars

                on 3rd September 2017 the vehicle was towed to Gurudev Motors, Ambattur service centre; the card was inspected on 4th and we were informed on 7th that a fuel pump needs replacement; 50% of the cost of the part was transferred towards the same immediately; till date there has been no updates;
                today we are being informed that the part will be made available only by 30th September and delivery would be given by 5th October 2017;
                its really shocking to know that a replacement part for a car which is still covered under extended warranty takes 25 days for replacement;
                i request you to look into this issue and resolve it immediately and release the part; being without a car that is being used regularly for more than a month is highly impractical

                The car was handed over to Gurudev Motors, Ambattur, chennai on 26th December 2017 with coolant issue. it was diagnosed almost 10 days later and i was informed that its a thermostat issue and it would cost 22000 after considering the free replacement as the vehicle is under extended warranty. i was asked to send the approval which was sent immediately.

                day by day i am being told that the vehicle would be delivered the following day, work is in progress, etc. i also wonder how to replace a thermostat it takes weeks. is it how the service centre works? does not the service centre have adequate technology nor workforce to handle the issue.

                i had told them that i wanted to go out of station on 13 Jan 2018; there has been no consideration at all for customers request. work is being done at their own pace and at their own whims and fancies.

                Unfortunately in Chennai buyers of Skoda are being put up with no other option but to come only to Gurudev Motors. i had a similar bad experience in September 2017 also.. after a very long struggle of a month only the vehicle was delivered after a repair issue.

                Gurudev Motors service makes me to regret for having chosen Skoda

                i hope some senior officer looks into this issue and handover the car for me to travel out of town on Saturday afternoon..

                  It's irritating to write complain as skoda service centre should not take time to provide service. I have been following up las 20 days to get a part to solve abs fault but not getting. Service centre is helpless as head office skoda not cooperating as says. I have spoken customer care 4times as says they would come back with solution but went on air.
                  Need to get service asap. Regard

                    My car yeti-elegance... Mh 03 az 3533

                    After a very long time i am forced to write to you... Basically to bring to your notice and to effect absolute coordination in the workshop... Kurla.

                    Till date even for small work i have always utilised your services teh records will bear out. My yeti is 6yrs old and going strong and presently no intention of parting with it.

                    As this issue deeply concerns hdfc-ergo, i am perforced to bring to your notice...

                    Briefly :

                    On 01.09.17 my car was sent to the workshop on flatbed truck... Arranged by the workshop. Extensive - damage caused by rats mainly the heavy rains of that week, a dent in the dicky door etc..
                    In fact when car was being loaded 2 huge rats jumped off from the engine compartment...!!!

                    04.09.17 i visited the workshop to review the damage and measures thereof for speedy rectification... And immediately same day thence at 12.30 hrs or so. Claim was raised.

                    On 07.07.17 i made enquiries and was informed no surveyor had yet approached and that the estimate was ready. I asked for copy of it to be mailed... To me. Not done... Still
                    Immediately took up the matter with hdfc-ergo who said they would at once look into, given my relationship with them.

                    Today 11.09.17 i am informed by hdfc-ergo.. That the survey was ' duly done on 05.09.17 ' itself by surveyor mangesh more... And that the quotation was not received by them still!

                    Contacting ab utter confusion was the result.. Again as no surveyor, estimate ready.. Etc etc..

                    Thus valuable days lost by me with my car idling in the workshop...-; (

                    Had to reluctantly call up skoda and mr. Ajay shinde vp-skoda..., who is known to me... For some guidance in this fiasco.

                    Intimating the above said to ab later in the day... Got a call informing me the work be taken up.

                    *

                    This is in gross bad-taste of ab blaming hdfc-ergo who had done their work... While ab was napping... And resultant inconvenience to me...!!!

                    Regards and trust some spruce up in the works management... No further delay in my receiving back my car earleist

                      Everyone i own skoda rapid diesel dsg purchased on april 2016. On friday i came to office without any warning signal on dash broad. I was about to leave office at 2:30 pm. I went down to parking trying to start my car. My car did not got started. I called to skoda rsa they have provided help. With help of them i have taken my car to service station. There after inspection they have told that battery has been died. It need to get replace and i have to pay for it. My concern, is it not so soon battery has been died. Is this called quality of product skoda india is selling in india. When i was buying this one everyone force not to buy skoda cars they were told me that skoda india didn't care about customer they just say. I said things will get changed along with time. It was very hard for me to decided to go for skoda. I am here to not to spoil any one name i am here to get my issue resolved.

                      I have extended warranty and i always my vehicle to the skoda authorized service center and top of these all i don't have any after market accessories in my vehicle because i opt 2nd top model so everything is company fitted...

                      I know you [skoda india] are trying hard to earn you customer love. I am also one of them which is looking help from you on this. Please help me on this so i can say proudly. I am part of skoda family..

                      Please let me know what solution you have received. I am facing the same problem and bought top model Skoda Rapid Style Plus AT in March 2016. I also got to know that battery has worn out in just 18 months. Skoda is asking to pay for it as battery is not covered under warranty.

                      I am feeling same as you coz' I also went for Skoda even after people told me not to go for the same. Its almost 15 days but no one turned up!!

                        Still no answer to the query (For 3 years) of repeated over heating... Worst service and support never ever go for skoda.. Or vinayak cars, bangaloer
                        .
                        Coolant red alert in dash board and coolant spill out of tank, ac cut off, no pickup but as per them car is roadworthy and no issues reported.
                        Guys my fb id is blocked as i have been commenting about the worst service and support. This shows the level of support to costumer. Great...
                        Guys be cautious about buying anything from vinayak group they are not even able to meet the customer needs... They are blocking the customer from commenting... This is shows their attitude.

                          We have purchased the car (Skoda rapid) on 15th september 2015. The battery has stopped working recently and we sent the car for service on[protected]. Now the agents are saying that the warranty will not cover the battery stating that the purchase date was[protected] and hence the warranty period of two years is over. The main joke about this is we even booked the car on[protected]. The issue with the battery itself is a great shock and adding to that we can't even claim our rightful warranty now.

                          The car is in the service center for 2 weeks now and the agency is playing tricks on us. They said they can change and then informed that they couldn't and now there is no response at all. The battery costs only within 10k and we can't even claim that in the warranty. I can't even imagine what would have happened if something expensive failed.

                          The company would not even have heard our complaints if the warranty date was even a single day more before the complaint date. But now, we are waiting patiently and typing long paragraphs even though we have the rightful warranty period.

                          Please check and put an end to our wait. Thanks a lot in advance.

                            I m useing laura car dl9c 9639.
                            I given my car 25july 2017 for acident repair. I got my car back yesterday 2 sep.
                            I got manny problems in my car. Car is fully viberting.. When i given my car my car a. C n power window are working.. But after dilevry a. C not working. N after car dryclean power window is not working.. N i m much disappointed service manager of grand auto. His very rude n his bad attitute. I m useing laura since 7 yr. It's my 1st complaint in 7 yr. Hope understand. Hope u get right action angaist my complaint.

                              We have purchased the above vehicle in march 2015 from autobahn skoda, andheri (West). The vehicle is purchased in the name of the company but is used by the undersigned.

                              While the vehicle is very good per se, we are extremely disgusted with the after-sales service provided by autobahn. Each time the vehicle has been given for some repair or service, we are handed a fat bill for repairs which seem to be unwarranted for. But because of the fear of losing out on the warranty, we have never taken a second opinion and have got the repairs as suggested by the service centre. But at the same time also felt that a new vehicle should not warrant so many repairs as the car is used within city limits with an occasional long drive.in fact, a friend of ours, who has had a bitter experience, adviced us that next time there is a problem, we should take a second opinion.

                              On friday, august 18, 2017, the ac of the car stopped cooling. My son, alongwith the driver examined the vehicle and spotted a hole in the coil. The blower was working. We took an appointment with autobahn – jogeshwari and delivered the car on tuesday, august 22, 2017 at about 2.15 p. M. From tuesday to thursday morning there was no call from autobahn as to what the problem was. I spoke to the receptionist on wednesday evening and also tried calling up some other numbers but did not get any information about what the problem was. I was informed that the vehicle was under the charge of one - mr. Ajay singh.

                              When i called up on thursday and spoke to mr. Ajay singh, he stated that he had just received the diagnostic report and besides the coil, the condenser was also damaged. When i asked him how the condenser was damaged, he stated that there was an impact damage. I told him that the car did not meet with any accident and the condenser being made of metal so where was the question of any impact damage. He had no answer to that and sent me an estimate cost of repairs of rs. 57, 250/-.

                              We felt that something was wrong so called back the car. And to top it all, we were charged rs. 2, 000/- for doing the evaluation of the problem.

                              We took the car to the garage where other company cars are given and on opening up, saw that the condenser had been torn. This seems like it was ripped across by a screw driver or some sharp metal or while testing the pressure in the condenser, too much pressure was built up which has caused it to split. The reason only the mechanic at autobahn workshop should be able to tell. We send herewith the photographs for your kind perusal.

                              If this is the sort of malpractices being carried out at the autobahn service centres, how does one recommend a purchase of skoda vehicle?

                              We also have a skoda superb in the family which is being used since the past 4 years. Over these 4 years we would have spent more than 5-6 lakhs on repairs which in hindsight now seem to have been unwarranted.

                              We have given the car for repairs to the garage where all other vehicles, including high-end vehicles, are given and will have to pay for something which was never damaged. We are yet to receive the estimate and of course, for the negligence and fraudulent tactics being adopted by autobahn, will have to incur uncalled for expenses.

                              We therefore request you to kindly look into the matter with seriousness and give us an explanation as to who should bear the cost for the unnecessary expense of the condenser damage. Since we have no access to what goes on inside the autobahn garage, we have no way to prove our above complaint.

                                Hi, i have given my car for repair on aug 1st 2017, it almost 1 month gone. Till now dealer didn't receive the alloy wheel.. Also they are not ready to tell when it will be received. Really very worst service given by skoda after sales. Also they told within 1 week we will deliver your car. So they don't hesitate to give false commitment. Better you guys avoid buying skoda cars. Useless fellows, even area manager don't know when the new alloy wheel will be received.

                                My Skoda Fabia Year 2009 have made regular service in Skoda service sation in Bhopal. I face starting pickup problem in my car. When I concern to Skoda service center they give 70000 thousand estimate . It is too much. company says all electronic wire need to change.

                                  I have booked a vehicle in the name of mrs shyamala devi alapati on 4th august'17 at mahaveer auto, somajiguda.
                                  It was told to us that vehicle will be delivered during 1st week of sept'17. We are continuously following up with them for delivery date but it was informed that they can't tell the date as vehicles are not available with the manufacturer and will not be able to tell the date when vehicle will be delivered.
                                  While booking a vehicle, it was assured that vehicle will be delivered by 1st week of sept'17. Hence we have planned for an occasion.
                                  We can not expect such an uncertain answer from your company even after waiting for 25 days.
                                  Request you to give delivery of vehicle as promised by your dealer.

                                    I bought a skoda rapid this year in the month of july bearing chasis no. Tmbbvlna4g018645 and i wish to bring it in your concern that despite of my constant complaints to the dealership regarding some problems i have facing with the windshield wipers, doors, engine sound and i was deceived in believing that the car i bought is a 2017 variant whereas it was a 2016 variant as described on the the r. C. So overall i'm not satisfied with the skoda's consumer service and i'm asking diligently to solve issues i have been facing or i will have to approach consumer court in order to get the justice for the money i have spent on the vehicle.

                                      I (Rishikesh pk) have booked a skida rapid on march and i had cancelled my booking on very next month because of my personal problems and i had submitted the orginal booking form and the rest of the documents which all are needed for my cabcellation and still they dint give my booking refund. I had gone to pinaccle skoda showroom a lot and lot of time and i called the person "krishnakumar" for my cancellation and he infromed it will be credited to my account in 2 days before and till now it was not credited. When i got angry and called him today he talked like a barking dog scolding with badwords through my mobile and shouted to me like hell.

                                      I have each every single talking with him. I will file a case against him with my evidence and i will go through it till the end. The service which pinaccle skoda is giving is utterly ridiculous. This not how you treat a customer. Shame on skoda..😡😡😡
