Skoda India — Service not done as per service manual and not replaced the parts as per SMP

I visited Škoda wheelocity motors pvt ltd Jammu for periodical service of my car Škoda rapid under standard services maintenance package on 13 Aug 22 and handed over the car to me. Rahul Bhagat service advisor. When he delivered the car I noticed that mandatory parts have not been replaced as mentioned in 4th year service schedule of SMP standard package.I asked him and ms. Mousumi Bharadwaj CRM of the outlet. They told me to replace the parts on next visit as they don’t have the parts.
I visited on 11 Aug 23 for replacement of pending parts and periodical service. I extended my service package for next two years after paying the due amount, as it was expired and got the service done but They refused to replace the pending parts of 4th year service stating that old staff has been changed and it can be replaced on payment basis.
The following parts not replaced on 13 Aug 22, as per standard SMP the parts supposed to be replaced because the amount of these parts was already included in the 4th year Standards Service maintenance package.
1. V-belt replacement not done.
2. spark plug replacement not done.
3. Haldex coupling oil not replaced.
4. ATF + filter not replaced

I have spent more than Rs. 5000 on visit to wheelocity Jammu for replacement of pending parts but service centre is not willing to replace the parts stating that case is one year old and previous staff has been changed.
