There is a rattling noise near engine and mal function of infotainment reported on day 1 of the delivery.

The car came with 51 km's on purchase and also had multiple issues.

I have raised complaint with Skoda customer service team-ref: Q[protected]TAFE ACCESS LIMITED - HOSUR ROAD).My vechile was taken on 1/25 for fixing and every day service team is saying they will fix and the issue is not getting fixed and no resolution is been given till 1/31/2024 12Pm.

    With huge enthusiasm and anticipation, I took delivery of my Škoda Kushaq Style 1.5 MT from Dev Bhoomi Motors Pvt Ltd, Solan (HP) on 17 December 2023.
    During the initial inspection, I noticed some issue with the clutch of the vehicle however the sales executive assured me that it was just a small issue which will resolve as I drove the vehicle.
    Next day, to my horror, the issue of the clutch getting stuck re-emerged and I realised that I have been delivered with a faulty vehicle. I immediately contacted the dealership & returned the vehicle to them.
    They have accepted the issue and have now informed me that the master cylinder clutch will be changed under warranty within next 10 days.
    So even after buying my dream car and paying in full, I don’t have a car now and stuck at their mercy. The dealership claims it to be a manufacturing defect which they also failed to notice. I am not sure what options do I have other than waiting for the car to be repaired since I loved the vehicle fully.

      I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the lack of communication and response regarding the delivery of my recently purchased car from Kun Skoda, Perungudi Chennai. The loan was approved and disbursed on Nov 30 and from then I have been getting updates it will be delivered in a week's time and it is under billing, but nothing seems to have happened even after 20 days. This is not a great service from Skoda dealiership.

        I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the lack of communication and response regarding the delivery of my recently purchased car from Kun Skoda in Perungudi. The loan was approved and disbursed on Nov 30, and I was promised for the delivery in a week's time it has been 20 days and everytime I call or get a update they say it is under billing and no further update. If this was the case, I would have asked the bank to hold on to the loan. I am paying intreset for a car which I do not have.

        This is not a good way to start a relationship, truly disappointed with the service provided by Kun Skoda

          Address: skoda road side assistance

          I have been requesting for towing help for my vehicle which is located in SRMC Porur Chennai to the nearest service station. my vehicle is a skoda rapid petrol. Absolutely no help from skoda road side assistance. i have registered a complaint for eleven times till today in last fifteen days. No response. everytime i get a reply that it will be sorted out in next 24 hours but no action taken, i have been a skoda customer since 2009. thoroughly disappointed. about to buy a skoda slavia but i have changed my mind. if no proper service no point in buying a new skoda vehicle

            Kushaq clutch issue

            Faced issue with clutch. Suddenly vehicle stopped in a isolated place when I was traveling with my family. I had to get towed my Kushaq and now have been informed that the clutch has burnt. I have to pay 38k for the same. Vehicle if of 2022 & in just 21 months the clutch has worn out and Skoda service centre blames me....

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I would like to lodge formal complaint with you regarding the problems I am experiencing with my new vehicle bought recently on 14Nov2023 & would request your intervention to correct these problems immediately.

            Upon driving, very next day of Car delivery, I started experiencing uneven issue with the accelerator & as its throwing some bad noise during acceleration (40-60 KM/H speed). I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and I find the situation very irritating. New cars simply don’t do that. I took my car to Car dealer then to Car workshop, they had trial from all their master technician but could not give me proper resolution. I asked to raise concern to Company but they did not raise it during 1st week of Car delivery. After 3-4 visits to SKODA Turbhe workshop, they have raised my issue to company expert. SKODA expert has looked into the issues but didn’t find or provide any solution yet after 2 days investigation.

            While I do understand that manufacturing errors do happen, still I can’t comprehend the fact that the car was not tested before handover. This is not the type of product I would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.

            I demand fixing of the problem as well as compensation for the waste of my time and money.

              We had dropped the car SKODA RAPID MH02FN-5198 around 20th September 2023.
              Despite reminders of sharing the cost estimate you did not share the Job Card & Service estimate before commencing the work.

              You did not communicate about the costing to us despite asking for same couple of times.

              Now finally after repeated talks you have shared the estimate on 28th Oct 2023. You did not give any idea of how expensive it will be before starting the work. Considering the financial condition, we are not able to pay this amount.

              Kindly return the car in as it is condition, as we wont be able to pay for the same.

                Skoda case id: 1267324

                My car broke down on 17 sep 2023 due to clutch issues. I bought my car kushaq MT 1.0 on july 14 2023. Its brand new car.
                Why the car has clutch worn out issue within 2 months of buying the car?
                Service center is asking me to pay money for repair/part charges? Why i need to pay repair charges for the recently bought vehicle?
                After paying so much price while buying car, customer has to bear these repair/faulty part costs additionally?

                Update: i paid around 16k rupees for the clutch part replacement. I got my car delivered after 17 days in service centre.

                how come a brand new car broke down in the middle of the road due to clutch plate issue, which is just two months old? Car had run for 2000 kms when it broke down.

                  My car Skoda Kushaq has been sent to service center on 31st July 2023 for the repairing of wires which has been cut by rat and I have requested them for Insurance claim because they have shared estimate of Rs. 90, 000/- approx after my request Insurance company came for the Inspection and they have approved the quote of the company regarding replacement of wiring on approval dealer has placed the order to Skoda India now it's approx One and half month and dealer told me that they are not getting reply from Skoda India regarding order also dealer refused to share their communication with Skoda India regarding the order placement.

                  This is the worst service feedback from the dealer and Skoda India they do not bother towards their customer and their complaints.

                  Hope This complaint escalate my matter and try to deliver my car at earliest.

                    My Skoda Kushaq car has been sent to Skoda regent dealership on 31st July 2023 regarding rat byte issue service agent has confirmed the problem and shared estimate for the damaged wirings which has been cut by rat I have requested them for the Insurance claim and same has been approved by them and Insurance company has done inspection and approved the estimate given by the company since the day till date dealer is not available with dates when I will get concerned wiring from Skoda India and when they will be able to return my car also they refused to share their communication with Skoda India regarding my car wiring followup it's almost one and half month and still I do not get the date when I will get my car repaired.

                    Please help on this and solve the problem as earliest.

                      We have taken the delivery of the Skoda Kushaq 1.0 MT Active car in the 1st week of Aug 2023, at the time of delivery it was showing 106 KM odometer, and after driving another 450 KM by us, it got broke down and the service center is saying that the clutch is worn out (without opening the body). How come a clutch will be damaged for around 550 KM that too branch new car.

                      This is really annoying and disturbing us, hope we get some relief.

                          On 29 June . I purchased skoda slavia
                          . around 9;30 PM . After next day I see there crack on gear glass. I have complained in showroom ( singhania motors) ormanji ranchi .
                          Today I have comed at 2 :30 but now time is 4;22 . But there is no response or no one can help me . Whats should I do

                            In October 2022, I purchased a Skoda Slavia from Mody Cars India Pvt. Ltd.
                            In February 2023, the rear side door handle came off (when trying to open the door). I complained to the showroom & the service garage. They replaced the spare part and assured me that this would not happen again. We're in the second week of June 2023, and yesterday again the same door handle came off. The car is not even a year old, and I have to write about the same issue (twice within a years' time). I have written to Skoda & Mr. Petr Solc as Skoda India is inefficient.

                            Besides this, the stitching done on the seats is a disaster! Threads are loosening up.

                            Overall, I am really disappointed with my experience so far. I regret having purchased this vehicle.

                              Hi i had purchased a Skoda kushaq AP39MR9966 in march month with out any discount at that time 2021 vehicle getting 80k to 1lakh discount in your skoda and volkswagen the sales men said we get a new 2022 vehicle with auto fold orvms at the delivery time they had broken the promise and not reduced the amount of orvms even on delivery they said we will fix it and give you when stock arrives and they braking the promise till today i had talked to mangers and sales men many time i had a chat conversation even with proofs we are not getting any solution from your side we lose trust on skoda from all sides at last iam giving a customer complaint now dealing with jyoshna in the showroom [protected] . below screenshots of chat with sales men kondaiha now he is not working here and the sm srininvas garu chat telling the product arrives in 4 days in the year 2022 august 26th

                                I have visited kamal kishore auto corp pvt. Ltd. Lucknow on[protected] and that day i have deposited 11, 000 rs as booking amount of skoda slavia but due to some personal reasons i am unable to buy the vehicle so i wrote a letter and attached original deposit slip fir refunding my money. But they didn’t given yet after 15 days and not attending my calls.
                                Please provide me my money .
