[Resolved] Skullcandy — issue in replacement of bluetooth ink'd wireless headphone | |||
Hi, I went to skullcandy service center (Brand eyes distributors pvt ltd, b-2,, near hdfc corporate bank, sector 4, noida, uttar pradesh 20130) on10/07/2018 because my earphone was not working i handed over the product at service centre and they asked me 15 days for replacement for the same. I revisited on 14/07/2018 and they provided me another earphone claiming it as new but when i visited home and i noticed it was already a used product. I am very disappointed with this. I have purchased skullcandy earphones from amazon site. but with in 2 month it is not working properly.the sound is not coming properly in both right and left side earphones and the call answer button on thr mic is also not working.
